I live right down the street and haven’t been coming there because of how my orders were always messed up. Well tonight I took a chance because I didn’t feel like driving to RT 30… I must say I’m glad I did… Everything in my order was fresh and made right! Thank you guys whatever your doing keep doing it!

I have always loved Taco Bell since I was a little girl. This is a good place for some affordable tacos that are made in minutes, if you are in a hurry. The workers were friendly. Will be back!

Staff was courteous but my order was made incorrectly and the black beans texture was off. The restroom was out of toilet paper and hand soap. The ice outside the front entrance also was not even salted or removed.

Taco Bell Reminded Me Why I Broke Up With Taco Bell and imitation “fast” food restaurants. I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in yearsssss, and for some reason I decided to give it another chance—kind of like texting your ex at 2 a.m. because you “miss the old days.” BIG mistake.
I ordered a Chalupa and a burrito, thinking maybe, just maybe, the universe would bless me with a decent meal. Instead, the universe laughed.
The first bite? I immediately spat it out like my taste buds were trying to file for emergency restraining orders. It was like chewing on regret, sadness, and a dash of “what is this texture?”
Right then and there, all my memories came back—like a bad flashback montage. THIS is why I stopped eating Taco Bell. THIS is why my stomach once threatened to unionize. And THIS is why Taco Bell and I are officially done forever. No reunion tour. No second chances. Blocked in real life.
If you’re craving disappointment with a side of confusion, go ahead and order what I did or anything on the menu. Otherwise… run ♀️ because I’m sure there are better food establishments in the universe.

Prepare yourself for a wait for service and brace yourself for the shits. Rude they act as if I was a regular customer that visits frequently when this was my first and only time. Never going back almost akin to food poisoning poor communication service and people skills.

Very disappointed w/the Taco Bell in Hobart, IN on 61st. Ordered a $12 taco supreme w/Diet Pepsi & wasn’t told they didn’t have ice so got my meal from the drive thru, drove off, then came back around to complain. THEN I was told ice machine broke. Shouldn’t I have been given the opportunity to not order warm Pepsi?!? Terrible experience!

Want a “twerk show” this is the place to go… Girl working the window only cares about attention. Place supposed to be closed lobby dudes walking in and out the time im there, whole parking lot smells like weed. They tell me 9 mins on potatoes I said no biggie but then I get to the window they tell me they are all out of potatoes… I call bs they just didnt want to make them. My tacos were cold and made way sloppy… Change ur employees or shut this place down fr! I should have just settled for speedway food.

Went here around 11:15pm. What did I find in my food a piece of hair hanging out of the melted cheese on my Mexican pizza! You know it was there before they put in oven to heat it up because when you grab the hair it picks up the cheese and shell with it. They didn’t even give us a receipt.
