The food and service were decent — exactly what you’d expect from a typical BWW. Wings came out hot, and the staff did their job fine. But the atmosphere and overall area were terrible.
I honestly felt like I was in one of the worst neighborhoods around. The crowd was rough, the parking lot felt sketchy, and I found myself constantly looking over my shoulder. It’s disappointing because this area used to be really nice — I lived in Rosedale for years, and White Marsh used to be a clean, family-friendly place to grab food and watch a game. Not anymore.
Unfortunately, the environment has gone downhill, and it completely ruined what should’ve been a simple night out. I won’t be coming back.

This review is for a takeout order. The order was place online thru their website. I ordered the All- American Burger meal and substituted the regular fries for Potato wedges. I also ordered the cheese curds as my first time having them and they were good. Something different than your normal mozzarella sticks. My food was hot and made well with no problems. Everything was cooked good unlike some of those past pictures posted. I enjoyed the food.

I haven’t been in a long time and I am glad that I went this time because the service was great. My waitress was amazing. I believe her name was KJ. She was friendly, attentive, and cheerful, and kept us engaged. Food was great even though it was quite pricey. I got the triple cheeseburger with bacon, and it tasted amazing. But it was small for the price. It was very small for the price. I was shocked. I would go back again soon. The Dr Pepper fountain soda was not sweet and I believe it needed to be changed. I got Pepsi and it tasted a little better.

Pick 6 is goated. Service is personal. Food takes awhile but it does the job and there are tv’s abound to keep you distracted. Add the 3.99 ice cream cookie bowl to the 6er for an epic dismount.

UPDATE 9/6: We saw the bad reviews and wanted to give this place a try since it had been a while, and we are glad we did. Everything was good here except the bar service needs help. I would recommend the restaurant add a server to run drinks and take orders to help out the bar staff when they need it because the bartenders are surely overloaded managing the patrons at the bar, those in the bar area, and making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. We got service quickly when we first arrived to an empty restaurant but when it got busy, service slowed (even though our bartender was working very hard to take care of everyone). New food menu was on point and delicious. We will be back!
The food here is pretty good, we got a sampler and shared a smashburger before kickoff for football Sunday. The atmosphere was fun, but you have to get here before the games start if you want a seat because the restaurant doesn’t open the entire space due to “staffing issues,” we were told. The service, they really try. There is little done to be proactive and you will likely have to ask for everything. If you want water, which we drank a lot of, you could have a stack of empty water glasses on your table by the half time (they should put pitchers of water on the tables to reduce glassware use and help out service so they can focus on other more important things. Either way, I will still go back because I enjoyed it even with all of the shortcomings.

came in at 9pm tonight, didn’t get out the door until 10:40. Ordered 4 appetizers, took an hour for food to come, only one other table present and four guests at the bar only drinking. Terrible terrible service. Food came out cold. Waiter was couldn’t have been more careless. Past two visits here have been the exact same… now i remember why i stopped coming here!

We love this place – the food is good, prices are reasonable. But unfortunately, it seems like every single time we come here whether on game day or just for a lunch or dinner, our service is always terrible. The servers start off fairly attentive and then quickly forget about you. We have waited upwards of 30 minutes just to receive a check after we’ve asked for it. I don’t know if it’s just an understaffing issue or what – sometimes we’ve come in during times that aren’t crowded at all and still receive poor service. I do want to mention they are all always friendly, just extremely slow. Don’t come here if you need to be somewhere afterwards at a specific time – you’re not going to make it. Please do better bdubs – we WANT to come back.

This time around I ordered a Cobb salad with onion dressing (How does one mess up a salad, like come on). I requested no tomatoes, no blue cheese crumbles, no bacon bits, no buffalo.
I received lettuce and tomatoes! A bowl of freaking lettuce and tomatoes.
I’m guessing they were out of chicken, eggs, onions and the onion dressing that’s supposed to come on my salad.
I tried calling them 4x and each time the machine answers after however many rings and they hang up on me. I sent an email explaining my disdain and yet I’m sitting here with my bowl of lettuce completely hangry. It’s not even worth the drive back.
Do yourself a favor and pick a different spot to eat!

Had a great sever he always asked if we needed anything and I never felt myself asking, “where’s the waiter”. BUT my wings were not tossed in the sauce enough, thankfully I got a side of my sauce with the wings. NEXT I got the dip trio everything tasted the same but my chips were crumbs so how do you scoop with crumbs. NEXT I know the fries are frozen and not anything special like homemade but they were hard and hollow. FINALLY, IF YOU DO NOT READ ANYTHING ELSE READ THIS!! I thought I saw a boneless wings rolling that someone dropped, NO it was a mouse just running around the ground looking for food and you know there is never just one so there has to be more. I really do love buffalo wild wings but this was an absolutely terrible experience.

I don’t know why the reviews are low at this location but this is the best BWW around Baltimore. The service is great and the food is good as well. Enjoyed both our visits.
