If raw chicken tenders are what you want this is the place for you. Honestly you could have made my man sick. Further more how many times do you have to be told we wanted cheese sauce for the fries. You asked 3 times what sauce we wanted guess what we didnt get. Wouldn’t have mattered anyways they were cold. So if you like uncooked chicken from a fryer cold fries and missing items get it while its hot at this location!!!!

I feel when you are hiring the working school age, proper training is needed. When you have them running the drive-thru, they need to properly speak with the customer more importantly communicating with their co-workers to properly prepare the order.

Normal Arby’s everything always goes well and no errors. If you are from out of state they also serve rotisserie chicken and other sides that aren’t on the app. Also Google is showing your address as e Williamsburg Rd not w Williamsburg like on the app fyi

The food is quite good. While it can be a bit pricey, they do offer some deals. The wraps sometimes fall apart, perhaps because they aren’t wrapped tightly enough. The drive-thru can also be slow at times.

Staff is usually friendly, helpful, and eager to serve with a smile. Sometimes you’ll get your good brought to your table. This branch serves excellent corn as a side option which isn’t sold at every Arby’s. The Brunswick stew is my favorite when I am a little under the weather.

My father and I stopped at this Arby’s for dinner. They were quite busy. Service was good, as always! Food quality was not so good. The curly fries were visually old, stale, and over cooked, not fresh as we usually receive from most Richmond Arby’s locations. We tried a few which confirmed our disappointment! Money down the drain.
My sandwich, a turkey, bacon, ranch, was disappointing as well. A clump of turkey meat was piled in the very center of the sandwich, not distributed around the sandwich for easier eating and flavor. The sandwich was not cut in half but only 2/3 of the way down. I had to pull the sandwich halfs apart, ripping the bottom bread, yet remarkably not breaking the bacon on the bottom inside of the sandwich, which pulled out remaining as a whole piece. The bacon was cooked thoroughly, probably overcooked and tough as leather. The sandwich bread, though toasted lightly, probably on a griddle, was also tough. I will not order this sandwich again.
Let me share this. Most of the Arby’s locations around Richmond and Colonial Heights are run very well, great service and good quality food for the price. Please don’t let this discourage anyone from a visit and meal. Arby’s is one of a few locations that we select offend for receiving quality serve and food!

When you’re looking to get that fast food fix without the grease and the guilt, Arby’s is one of your best choices. We visit this location the most due to it being the closest and we’ve never been dissatisfied.
The service is consistently courteous and the food is always fresh and flavorful. We typically dine inside and the seating area is always pristine.
I usually go with the classic Beef ‘n’ Cheddar. Cover that sucker in their Spicy Three-Pepper sauce, add a dab of that Horsey Sauce and that’s all she wrote.
Curly Fries always seemed like a no-brainer before we explored their Crinkle Fries, which is now the obvious choice. They’re seasoned so well and always taste SO amazing.
YEE-Roe? GUY-Roe? Cashier told me it was pronounced JIE-Roe, so I DON’T-Knoe. Whichever way you wanna say it give the Gyro a try because they’re delicious…pronounced DE-LISH-US.
