You cant set drive thru rules if you don’t have a legit drive thru. Make it make sense. The (men) has zero customer service! Zero people tolerance.
He picks an chooses when you can enter thru Washington or when you need to come in from Broadway. So annoying not to make the correct choice and to be force to go back around the opposite way because he decided that on that day he wants to service you from his choice of entrance. Also God forbid your vehicle don’t come near the made up stand because he will hand gesture you to fix yourself until his liking and then he will service you. (NOTE) it doesn’t matter if other vehicles are behind you or in front of you or in my case no other cars Period!

DONT try to pay with a large bill!! ($10) For a $3 dollar burrito because your options are 1. Leaving without your food or getting extra food so he can give you the change he does have. So be prepared to have exactly the amount YOU want to spend.

It is a very solid offering for lunch or dinner. The have fair prices, deals that are really good on certain days, and most importantly the food is good. Wide variety of options from salads to burgers/sandwiches, to burritos and taquitos. They have great shakes too and lots of flavors to mix and match.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I used to stop here every morning to grab a burrito — they even have a sign posted outside promoting how reasonable they are. However, the man outside who takes orders and serves the food is extremely rude, especially in the mornings. While my boyfriend stops by more often, the few times I’ve gone with him, I immediately noticed the man’s unprofessional behavior.
Management really needs to address the lack of courtesy, rudeness being shown to customers. I’m seriously considering recording these interactions and sharing them on social media to make others aware of how poorly customers are treated.
For example, we once asked for a bag, and the man rudely told us, “They’re 50 cents. You’re already getting a cheap burrito — come on.” I was stunned not only by what he said but how he said it. This isn’t an isolated incident — it happens regularly.
At this point, I’d rather take my business across the street and pay more for better service than continue coming here. Unless something changes, especially with the man’s morning attitude, I won’t be returning. Next time I’ll be posting a video on social media on the rudeness!!!!!

Get rid of that little rude guy taking orders outside. He is very off-putting and should not be working in customer service. Infact I wouldn’t trust him with anything other than cleaning the restrooms or cleaning the parking lot it’s obvious that he hates his life and takes it out on the world. He’s a terrible little frustrated man who makes me as a customer avoid this place even though I like their breakfast burritos and the prices. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. When I see him I leave because I don’t trust him.

Loved this place, I’ll definitely head back there sometime to try other food. The burger was good, no frills, but good, I had it the way they make it, no lettuce, and I enjoyed it. I also had the Super Taquito’s. It came with sour cream and guacamole, etc on top, it was all delicious, nothing survived! The staff was great, little line went quick, there wasn’t a long wait for the food. There’s a dining area on both sides, it was clean, spacious, and casual. They had music playing from a TV that included the music video with it, in the dining area. Next time I want to try their milkshake!

Everything is perfect but this is the third time where the fries I order are hard and old!! They also throw a lot of the end pieces that are inedible, why would you use the old fries instead of making new ones :/

Just picked up food from here the pancakes were undercooked smells and taste like dough. The eggs were super dry and rubbery also smells like cooked fished or old oil. Make sure to check the pancakes before you eat because I found the raw ones underneath the cooked pancakes on a few of the orders I purchased.
