Customer service was extremely poor. To many young people working there & not being trained on organized, customer friendly, & professional environment. I waited 30 minutes while being asked SEVERAL times what did I order?? Bc they didn’t value me as a customer, I drove off & went to their competitor… Dairy Queen!! My food at DQ was hot, fresh, & delicious. The customer service at DQ was Top Tier unlike sonics. sonic PLEASE DO BETTER!!

When first pulled up, had to wait a while for someone to take my order. Immediately the person taking my order was short spoken and very rude, snapped several times. After each item she snapped “is that all” I repeated each item. When the item appeared on the screen it was still wrong so I stated the adjustments. Order came out with regular fries when I ordered groovy fries. The menu stated the BLT Toaster was on Texas toast, but when I received the order it was on burnt regular bread. Very bland. The you employee was very nice and helpful. But who ever was taking the orders was very very very rude and it was before she even knew I stated the problem with the fries. The atmosphere of this Sonic was very unprofessional .

Courtney was very energetic, friendly, and had a wonderful smile on her face although the line was wrapped around the building during closing time. She was wonderful..and I wish their were more people like her in the world..Ya Courtney make her a manager, she did that.

3pm- ordered 2 large cokes. One with vanilla and one with blackberry.
3:05- no response so went to drive thru ordered again and repeated it 7x
3:10- sitting at window
3:15- paid and verified order
3:20- received one Vanilla Coke and one Coke with COFFEE CREAMER and Raspberry
3:21- tasted drink and wanted to scream
3:22- asked for a human to come outside 3x before they would come out
3:25- FINALLY received a blackberry Coke

25 minutes later for a 15 second task!!

Food was cold and dried out. I ordered a chili cheese coney, chili was cold and crusty. It was bagged length wise so the cheese ran off to the bottom of the bag. I know now when I’ve stopped going to fast food places.

Two, out of tons of visits, this store has been decent. We sit for 45 min and they don’t bring out the order. Then when they finally do they leave out part of it, then inform you they’re out 15 min. later. The 2 visits that were decent they had almost no staff. Usually they’re full of workers and STILL don’t get the order out. Order on app, horrific, order at a stall, horrific, order at the window, decent. My food is ice cold because it’s been sitting for 45 min.

The food was ok. It took a bit to get the order correct, and as for the accuracy, they almost made a huge mistake – a totally missing entree.

I smelled pot when I was ordering at the speaker, and I found out it was coming from inside the store when I got to the drive thru window.

Hiring practices, and not racing to the bottom like other brands.

I roll up in the drive thru and the cashier seemed incapable of entering in your current advertised Bacon Stack.

At the same time as ordering, I kept smelling the very distinct smell of marijuana, pot, wacky tobacco, the ganja. At drive thru window I smelled it coming out of the store. The person working drive thru had some teeth that looks like it was chemically damaged.

It is important to have a drug-free workplace, because that becomes a safety issue for customers eventually. Someone WILL screw up eventually and hurt someone… I have seen it happen over and over..

Ordered jalapeno peppers for my cheeseburgers at the drive thru, when I pulled to a bay, there was no peppers, I walked back to window because door was locked, they said,they would bring out. ” Get the order right the first time (especially when you repeat the order), time won’t be wasted,food remains warm and can be enjoyed without delay”.

I waited 5 minutes to order and waited another 15 for them to bring my food out. I got home and didn’t have all of the food I ordered or my receipt. I went back and went straight to the drive-thru window instead of pulling into a bay and having to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to answer. Oh to my surprise, I still had to wait. They all were walking by the window sipping on whatever they were drinking and did not look my way. Eventually, someone came to the window to see what I needed. The gentleman fixed my food and apologized when he brought it back. After paying over $31.00 for food, the service needs to be drastically improved.
