I walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. I made a mobile order three minutes before walking in. I waited an additional 20 minutes for a Caramel Frappuccino. The workers were too busy talking about their weekend plans and not concentrating on their job. I always say if you can’t multitask then you need to choose a task. This was my first and last time at this location. I don’t play about customer service. The manager was very nice about it but those workers need more training on how to go their job effectively and timely. I can’t give excuses at my job and I don’t take excuses from others as well. Be better!

This drive thru never gets my drink wrong, which I love, but it’s super infuriating that I don’t receive the same service through the mobile order or inside. When my drink is made wrong, such as forgetting to add syrup when it says it clearly on the ticket, and I approach you kindly asking to fix my order, I shouldn’t be receiving attitude back with eye rolls. I was in the service industry for a long time. I get being busy, but if you mess something up, own it with an apology. Very disappointing customer service.

Today was a tasty and successful day as usual-hot coffee, warmed impossible breakfast sandwich and warmed blueberry muffin. There was something different about the muffin. The top was not covered by the sugar crystals. Love love love it. Didn’t miss them at all! Thank you for this change…

Friendly staff – they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They go above and beyond by bringing beverages to guests sitting at tables. They remember their regulars and have meaningful dialogue with them. They have smiles and work together as a team. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. Even thought it wA very busy they gave each guest their undivided attention and quickly filled orders. Great job to all working today!!!

This is my favorite location in Douglasville! I’ve been coming here for years and work just down the road at a school. I had an issue with my order this morning and called the store, Alexis was so kind, professional, and friendly. She not only remade the order but also went above and beyond for my inconvenience, which I did not expect or anticipate at all. This Douglasville GA Starbucks location charged me twice on my card AFTER being rude and very inpatient. I just had surgery on my leg so I go to the drive thru, wait 15 minutes for them to ask me can I come inside?!! Whattt? No I cannot come inside can you bring my order to the window like you’re doing everyone else. They’re very unprofessional, always has long wait times, and they discriminate against African Americans. When you walk in they’ll welcome people in but will not happily welcome African Americans as they do others it’s always very dry and like you’re bothering them! I want my money back for the unnecessary overcharge on my card, it was $7.15 to be exact. How I get 1 coffee yet I was charged for 2?? I’m so over this location, they do not deserve my money . Once I get my refund I’m never going back there and would urge my family not to.

All employees seemed nice and in a good mood. Cashier asked me if I would like a bag due to holding a sleeping toddler which was very helpful. I greatly appreciated it. My drink was a 10 out of 10. Wish they didn’t sell out of the Hello Kitty collab by 1pm though I was looking forward to it but maybe next time.
