My first time at Stevi B’s and I would say they deserve their credit. Walking in, you pay first and they offer a discount for military. We walked to our table after and then came back to get in line for the pizza buffet.
The kids we brought loved it. They loved that they can see what they’re going to eat and that they can grab it themselves (with assistance). They had a variety of pizzas with different meats and different vegetables. They had another section they separated off for dessert pizzas. They also have a beverage station that the kids really liked. Besides fountain soda drinks, they also provide ICEE’s – at no extra charge when purchasing a drink.
I was able to get a few slices that I liked and when I was done, I realized no one came to clean our table. The service was lacking. I started bringing my own plates to their trash station. After about the 3rd or 4th time doing that, someone stopped me and said I don’t have to do that. After that, they ended up coming to our table and cleaning plates. There was a period of time at the buffet where they had no pizzas. I guess they had a rush but they did not have any backup pizzas so there were no pizza at the buffet for about 10 minutes.
We took the kids to play at the arcade. We were able to purchase game cards and reload them at the machine they had inside. They didn’t have any staff working inside. We were able to get some tickets and had to wait for a staff member to come to the ticket exchange. I would say the lack of service / staff is the only reason why I did not give them a 5 star. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. My family visited last night. Just a great atmosphere. Employees were polite and super attentive. All the food was fresh and the crew seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Even at one point they were singing together behind the bar which my youngest son thought was awesome. Everything was clean and organized.I got to meet the GM and another Mgr. Everything about our experience was top notch.

I helped cater a wedding where the bride and groom wanted Stevie B’s pizza. I ordered 55 pizzas and they were all perfect and on time. I was provided excellent customer service! I would definitely use them again!

Manager Tracy saved the establishment tons of money by denying my 19 month old a drink cup with a lid for her water. She probably assumed I was going to be trashy and use it for myself to get a soda, which is far from the case as a pregnant woman at 7 at night that wants to sleep decently. With the board beside her advertising kids 3 and under eat free, I tell her she’s not even two, to which I’m told “things cost money” — to which I say, “it’s a drink cup with a lid.” Been coming here since I was a little tot and wanted to bring my own. Won’t be coming on nights Tracy is on the schedule. Everyone else was very kind and professional. Dishes could’ve been cleaner, my husband and I had to put them back several times and get new ones with all the food still stuck on them. Guess washing dishes costs money, Tracy. Money you’re apparently making from toddler kids drink cup sales. I digress….

GREAT PIZZA BUFFET!! Anytime I’m on I-75 (N or S), I stop here!! The quality of food is very high, and the staff are friendly!! Excellent value for your money! If you have a family…come here to eat! There’s a play room for the kids! I spoke to the mgr (Patty), and she was awesome! I love the pizza at Stevi B’s!! There’s plenty of pizza choices to choose from, AND if you can’t find your favorite pizza, they will gladly make whatever pizza you want…just for you!! The salad bar was well stocked, and looked great! Fresh ingredients!! STEVI B’s Pizza Buffet is awesome!!

Typical Stevie Bs. Not my favorite place, but it was for a kids birthday party. They had HOT pizzas out, which is always a plus. Ice machine kept clogging up, and spilling ice on the floor. Nobody took time to clean the ice up, or mop the floor to clean up the water. Safety issue there.
