I love this place. The food is pretty good the drinks are spectacular. My chicken sandwich was decent but had a slightly odd taste like the container. The blue raspberry slush was delicious. The cheese sticks are good and the hotdog is good. My daughter went crazy the flavored lemonade. She said it was pure bliss.

Pulled in to a booth. Ordered and wasn’t too long. The burger was well cooked and hot. The fries were too hot to eat. Excellent compliment. Not cold or lukewarm like most fast food places. Ice cream was real. Nice and creamy. Portion sizes were perfect.

I went to a stall for food and the guy was so rude “we’re not taking orders right now”. Um okay? Yet I saw people inside. So I went inside and there they were taking orders? Got my food which was cool but the staff all was so rude. I guess that’s what you get when you hire teenagers idk but the food trash too

I love sonic, I travel for work and can always trust sonic everywhere I go, but I guess not the sonic in Erie.
Both times I’ve gone it was pure chaos, but this last time was too much.
I Waited 15 min in line to get to where my order should be taken, I wait another 5 min at the speaker and some guy comes out the back door and says “I have to come in, we don’t have any staff” I tell him I just waited 20 min to get here, I’m not coming inside to wait too. He gives me attitude and goes back inside. 3 min later another guy comes out of the back door and tell me to pull up to the window and they will take my order.
4 cream slushes and a milk shake. Wait 10 minutes for those and it’s just a big mess. Ice cream all over the sides of the cups and they all tasted horrible. The milk shake was mealy and over spun with the worst texture I’ve ever tasted. This place shouldn’t be allowed to call itself Sonic

My family visited Sonic on February 28th and were not impressed. The dining room was filthy, the fries were cold and it took me 5 minutes to get a straw and few extra napkins even through the place was dead. I cringe when I imagine how dirty the BOH must look,the only bright spot was that the shakes were ok.

Always love visiting Sonic when I’m in the States but this was the best one yet. Friendly staff, amazing deals, ordering online have me so many discounts so I had to try a bit of everything.
Tots are always amazing but we also tried groovy fries with the sauce. The sauce is amazing! Also tried the chili cheese tots and dog, both were solid!
Burgers are where it’s at though. The smasher was absolutely amazing, the perfect burger. The Garlic Butter burger was very strong, it was ok but I’m not huge on a lot of garlic so I guess that’s my fault.
The Mozzarella Sticks and Popcorn Chicken were great as well.
The app also had 50% off all drinks so I customized the weirdest thing in the 44. Wow, it was so good! Lasted the entire day.

We ordered inside the sonic restaurant. The food came out wrong after we waited 30 minutes for it. I asked for them to fix it. They took the food and never gave us anything back! We asked for a refund never got that as the girl in the front never gave us a receipt! I will never go back to sonic! Just wanted a refund

EDIT: I just want to shout out to Logan shes amazing and went above and beyond to handle something for me. Every employee I have encountered here has always been wonderful and friendly.
My first time ever at Sonic was great! The person taking my order was awesome and answered all the questions I had about the menu. The time from ordering to the friendly girl on skates bringing me my food was very short. My order was 100% correct. It was really very well packaged. Nothing done sloppy or thrown together. Everything was delicious… although the honey bbq wings were way too spicy and had no honey or real BBQ flavor. They were okay. I wish I would have had a cup holder for all the cups I had. Other then that no complaints. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

The Halloween decorations are excellent.
I didn’t know much about this location, but now I know they have board games at the tables, and Giant Checkers too!
