The food is definitely good. Great customer service also. Always been one of my favorite restaurants to eat. With the quality food you would never think that they had a drive-thru!! It’s a great place for a date or to grab an go.

Needs to be shut down!! Ordered double chicken tostada and the chicken was so hard. I took it back because i asked for “no beans” i didn’t mention the hard chicken because they were remaking it. Got the new order and the chicken was worse than the first one. The lettuce was brown underneath and food smelled old. this was supposed to be double chicken and as you can see this is what i got. Big chunks of hard dry chicken. Like i can’t tell the difference between old and fresh chicken. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Went through the drive through to order two items. One was promotional, so it shouldn’t have taken too long. Once we pull up to the window, a kid tells us to wait in a crowded area behind the store. We wait and sit there, as multiple cars receive their orders and stare us down. Too many minutes pass by so we return to the speaker box to ask for a refund. It was only then that our order was “ready” As we were leaving, three of the workers were standing in the lobby pointing and laughing at us with the bag in their hands. I pray to God I see that refund

To @ OWNER. I been a long time customer for over 10yrs. Its been great amazing delicious food and amazing customer service untill recently i been dealing with rudeness and disrespectful employees and assistant manager. Everytime i go in there they are looking at me in a bad rude way. The way they roll there eyes on me for instance when I asked for extra red salsa cause they only gave me 2 when i ordered a 16pc family meal like shaking my head when i asked for more salsa they look at me in a bad nasty way they are so RUDE!! The assistant manager needs to be fired she’s always giving me a bad look and my family!!! Like she is so mad for having to come in to work like thats not my problem! i worked there before and i can assure you how nice and friendly we treated our customers and now that ima customer and i get disrespected when i called them out on there poor and rude customer service its sad it really bothered me my self and my family! There a lot to the story i just hope i can reach out to someone higher than this assistant managers and hold them accountable on there actions . For this reason i dont even wanna go to the restraunt nomore.On top of that they always give me something wrong in the order and it tasted nasty they alyways give me tortillas stale and hard tortillas . like i said theres a lot to be said on here but i hope someone reads this and/or someone higher up obove so that this employees can be held accountable for there actions!!

Been coming here forever and the grilled chicken is still one of the best fast food options when you want something tasty that doesn’t feel like you’re just eating junk. I usually get the 3 piece meal with rice and beans and throw on their green salsa. The chicken is always juicy and tastes like real food. Only thing is sometimes the wait takes a bit if they’re slammed but I don’t mind too much since it’s made fresh. I like that the drive-thru is pretty accurate and the parking lot never gets too wild.
