Maybe I caught them on an off day. Store was dirty, tables and floor were sticky, one Coke machine didn’t have ice, the other didn’t have soda (but did have a note), and 3 of the 4 ordering kiosks were broken but the repairman was working on them.
Food was hot, fries were fresh, and they gave me an extra sweet & sour sauce with my meal so 1 star for that.

I will drive 10 minutes from my house to avoid this location. The only time i go here is when the McDonald’s app, changes the location to this one even though i chose one of the other two Lafitte larose location is horrible as well but ten times better than this one. If your missing an item, you will still be in the window, never pulled off they can clearly see the items arent there yet want to argue. Ive argued with one over a mcflury she claimed i had, i guess it jumped out my passenger window out the drink holder and flew away without us seeing, because i never pulled away. Another was over the wrong item, ok yesterday, 01/04/2026, I knew what was happening when i pulled in and the line was wrapping around the store Its 10:10, placed order on app, my points, i ease up im two cars behind the speaker. Its 10:14 no more orders being taken, we are standing still. Im watching the clock tick down to 1030. I immediately witnessed this more than once at this location. The line is just building up and building up, not one order is being taken via drive through or inside. Eventually at 1032, i get to the speaker i give my code which again is a reward, so it costed me zero dollars. The manager tried so hard to convince me the app refunded me because it wasnt breakfast. I am looking at her dumbfounded she can see it says rewards on the bottom then she insisted that they will give my points back, no they wont after a good ten minutes i got my sandwich. I was offered a drink, i refused because i had a coffee and didn’t need a drink. I hesitated coming here to post this I felt i should because this is always they will stop taking orders at 10, to avoid that last minute rush for breakfast. then argue with the customers. the customer service is sad, They are busy, but the amount of craziness that happens here is sad just sad. Like I said i go out my way to avoid this location. The manager wasnt rude after she was insisting i was yelling i was no denying that, but nope i paid for something i want it

They took 25 minutes to make me mc flurry, they new a whole new staff no way they took that long. Every time I come in there they take over 20 minutes to get my food out. I go to lunch bout time my food come I have no time to eat the food off an hour break

I normally would not post a review but after today.. I went thru drive thru, got stuck waiting to put order in for 10 minutes. After I paid and pulled to window. Received food and asked for ketchup. Lady at window rudely said they had none.. She then handed me a baby sized (not exaggerating) cup for my drink. I laughed and asked for the medium size and she extremely rudely said they were out of medium cups.. I asked then for the next size up instead of baby cup, since it was on them not having right sized cup. She again rudely said no, that they can’t do that??? Terrible customer service all the way around and food was cold as well. Very disappointing.

The lady at the front counter with a bouncer attitude ( and a cross tattooed on her forearm) said “go place your cash order to the kiosk “ even if she wasn’t doing basically nothing. The manager saw her and told her to take the order, she still acted like she was doing me a favor .you guys can hire better people really.

Walked in to dine in and stood at counter for awhile. Employees moving about and then after-awhile one said be with you and continued never looking up as all other employees. We then walked out and went next door and was attended to immediately. My daughter’s Special Olympics was sponsored by McDonalds we are from Houston.

The morning manager with the short blond hair and glasses takes pride in her work and managing her store. She’s always kind and upfront with her staff working and addressing issues quickly.

Garbage, the manager is a piece of work. Order the jalapeños dble bacon burger. Which comes with no onions. They still added it, my 7 year old kids milkshake was melted. My burger filled with so much salt and black pepper it can KILL. Soggy fries, and so much more. This is not the definition of customer service. I will be reaching out to area director and the chain. No refund given even though they tried to kill me.

Went thru drive thru Bartartia blvd next to Star Bucks. Made it home to open up a burnt quarter pounder patty. Cook should be ashamed sending out a burger not fit for a animal to eat was very disappointed in the quality. This is not the first incident with the quality of the food I purchase from this location. I have a photo of burnt burger patty as well.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s it’s something, they never get my order right. It’s always a 15-20 minute wait. Tables always dirty, and the staff is completely immature
