After ordering a breakfast sandwich I received my order. The sandwich was burnt to a crisp!! So I took it back in hoping for a fresh one .the poor girl at the counter took it back to the cook making the food. The cook started screaming at the top of there lungs ! I’ve been to many many MD from the south ms to north ms south Louisiana to Alabama this location sucks service sorry there in no rush to serve u nor do u get ur food in a timely manor an on top of all that my food is always cold an nasty to the point they need to do something I will be taking this complaint further causes I’ve been working up here for 3 months an this place is sorry an it’s the folks running so don’t waste ur time

By far the best service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s. I was greeted in the drive through with Joy and Great attitude. This was an experience I don’t think I have ever had at ANY fast food or even restaurant! I complemented the worker Sidel was her name. I hope this makes it back to her. Keep up the great work and putting a smile on peoples faces. I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

There ain’t a person in this place with a lick of sense. I’m not one to leave reviews but at 11 am on 12/13/25 I need people to know how bad it was.
1. I watched a man order and pay for breakfast. He did not get a receipt, and then he waited, waited, and they stopped making breakfast, and told him he wasn’t getting his food after it was paid for. He did not speak good English and ended up just leaving.
2. I ordered my food, a quarter pounder with a Coke Zero, fries, and some buffalo ranch. Which I asked if he had all of this, to which he replied yes.
I got my food, the burger? Dry. The fries? Unsalted and about cold. The Coke Zero? Yeah they didn’t have that. The buffalo ranch? They put buffalo sauce in the bag and sent me on my way.
If my food was messed up and that was all I saw that’s one thing but turning away a man who paid for his food because they were TOO LAZY. LAZY AT THE END OF THE DAY JUST LAZINESS, to make this man his breakfast. Berated him in a language he barely understood, and ultimately caused him to just leave.

I typically do not eat at McDonald’s but my schedule was tight this day. Since I couldn’t go home to eat I decided to try the chicken wrap. I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite good. Still fast food but if I had to eat fast food again I would consider it. The cashier was delightful. Her up beat attitude made my day.

WATCH THE DRINK PREPPERS!! Ellisville Beware of the ppl fixing ur food and drinks here. They have workers that are sick and rubbing their noses and touching ur products. It happened to us. She rubbed her snotty nose grabbed our drink lids with those same snotty fingers then proceeded to rub those lids on her filthy shirt. The worker was sucking snot back up her nose the whole time. We refused the drinks and was met with a rude lady right after. We placed this review once and the owner contacted us with a generic copy paste apology. Was not sincere and more worried they lost our business. Well yeah you lost us.

Sat in the drive thru line, which was the shortest one when I stopped, to watch the second line get their orders taken at a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio over the line I was in. When I finally did get my order and got the biscuits were half wrapped with most of the food sticking out of the wrapper. I then take a bite of my bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and you can see below what I opened up and saw. I know the bacon is precooked, but this was a freaking joke. Don’t waste your money here.

When you Google this McDonald’s in Ellisville it says that the hours of business are from 5am until 12 pm during the week and 5am to 1 on the weekend. It also stated that this had been updated 2 weeks prior. I went around 11pm and there was no one in sight. You could tell they had been closed for some time.
