Not a routine McDonanld’s customer, but was in a pinch while traveling so we ate inside…the service was excellent! The staff was friendly, checked on us multiple times, facility was clean for a truck stop. Just wanted to recognize the staff for a job well done…you can see the manager and team are doing a great job. So well in fact, I made it a point to stop back by the follwoing day and hit the drive thru…again, stellar greating and service. Thank you

Took 30 minutes to get my food. Others that had ordered after me was able to get served and were gone. Manager seemed like she was one small crisis away from a total meltdown. Burger was fresh and hot but they put the fries in the bag waiting for the rest of the order. By the time it was released the fries were already cold.

Stopped here for breakfast. I ordered at the kiosk, and the food came out quick, even with other people there. The hash browns were fresh and crispy, and the sausage egg and cheese muffin was perfect! Overall left satisfied.

every time i come to this location i never get my sauces and it always takes so long, i get it i work in fast food as well accidents happen! but if its happening every single time its not an accident, i live 20 minutes from here so when i order i expect it to be good and correct, the food is good it just takes so long for just a fry or a happy meal and it’s crazy.

Updated dinning area…kiosk to order food if you like. Pretty much, same menu as everywhere else. Everything was fine until I saw the guy with longer hair, flipping it all over trying to get it out his face as he handled food. When that didnt work, he finally, bare hands and all, pushed it out of the way. If I wasnt so hungry…lol…Id have thrown it all away or asked for my money back! HAIR NETS!!! Sheeesh!! Come on Hamburgler!!!

One of the very few McD’s to get my full order correct, and we were happy with the timing it took. One soda machine wasn’t working, and the out of order sign confused other patrons that didn’t notice it, apparently – which isn’t staff’s fault, really. However, as soon as we sat down, the ENTIRE staff got soooo loud. It’s 10pm, their restaurant has maybe 5 patrons, and I can hear the entire personal conversations of the employees. It’s probably why they have 50 “now hiring ALL positions” signs throughout the place. The staff was friendly towards us, but how incredibly unprofessional. Also, untucked shirts, no hair nets, and one employee with a very sulky attitude who must have finished her shift but got stuck at the restaurant. An okay experience.

At 4:21 PM they put some old cookies that expired at 4:31 pm in my bag. I ask old groundskeeper Willie on 2nd shift to bake me some fresh ones and he did it with the most ill will. Not stopping here again

I been to alot of McDonald’s across the country. This is by far the worst one I’ve been too. I never seen a burger so dry and burnt. I had to go back for extra Mac sauce after being charged for it. I hate to go back up again. I tried to just deal with it and eat it but the burger meat was burnt crispy. I just toke pictures and chalk up another $15.07 lost.
