I had an absolutely wonderful visit to Raising Cane’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Angeles—she was the one who gave me the most amazing service! She was super friendly, quick, and made the whole order feel personal and fun. Smiling the whole time, even during a busy rush, and she nailed everything perfectly.
The food was spot-on as always: those chicken fingers were piping hot, crispy outside, juicy and tender inside—no disappointments there. The fries were crinkly and fresh, the Texas toast buttery, coleslaw crisp, and of course, that legendary Cane’s Sauce is unbeatable. I dipped everything in it and couldn’t get enough!
Affordable, fast, and the vibe in the restaurant was great. Angeles really elevated the whole thing—props to her for making a quick stop feel special. If you’re in Houston, hit up this spot and hope you get Angeles at the counter!

We ordered the naked tenders, which were good but literally the same size as the dipping sauce cup which is crazy for the price. For $46 we spend for a family of 4 it left you still hungry

Well, not a big fan. It was my first visit at one and for some reason I just expected it to be great food. But, it’s just the same fast food I have experienced at most fast food places. Tables weren’t cleaned after visits from previous patrons. Chicken was very oily and not a great taste. The flavor was sort of bland and tasted to much like flour. Coleslaw is not the greatest, maybe it was made and stored to long, the bread looked and tasted like it was toasted on a griddle not in an oven which it was flavored like the griddle☹️ and I don’t think I will return. But, that’s just my experience, hopefully yours may differ.

After calling to discuss my discrepancy with the manager, I was hung up on. The chicken in each basket is soggy from sitting. There’s pieces of just broken off from the fryer. Each piece of chicken is a different color tone and the most minute piece of chicken ever seen in my life. This was my go-to place all the time but I am for from this point forward reconsidering other options. Note , I just picked my order up 7 minutes from the place of the order.

Where has simple customer service gone? I go through the drive thru, girl hands me 1 of my 2 drinks. Ends up the drink is unsweetened tea not sweet like I ordered…no big deal I just say hey this is wrong can I get the right one. She hands me the sweet tea and I go to hand back the wrong drink and she says you can keep that. I say no I dont want it. She says well we cant take it back its “policy”. I say I only have 2 cup holders..you are telling me you gave me the wrong drink and now you cant simply grab the cup turn around and toss it in the trash? I mean seriously please tell me how the simplest things in customer service has went so far downhill.

Food was good. Lots of empty tables that needed to be wiped off. Getting a single sauce with 4 chicken strips seems kind of weak, on an 11 dollar big box lunch . Toast was good.
