This morning, I went to Starbucks in a good mood, as I usually do. I love starting my day with a cup of black coffee, some music, and the simple joy of waiting in line.

But today was a bit different — when it was my turn to order, my card declined two or three times. I felt embarrassed, so I offered to pay with a $100 bill, but the cashier told me they don’t accept $100 notes. My coffee was already prepared, and I was left standing there, feeling even more uncomfortable. I told him it was okay and went to sit down to try to fix the issue with my bank.

What truly touched me was the kindness of the man behind me in line — he looked like an Asian gentleman, very polite and respectful. He offered to pay for my coffee. At first, I said no, but a few moments later, the barista brought the coffee to my table. That same man had quietly paid for it anyway. I didn’t even get a chance to properly thank him.

To that kind stranger — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your small act of kindness made a big impact on my day.

To Starbucks — I understand policies, but I do wish the cashier had handled the situation with more understanding, especially since I had the means to pay. I felt a bit embarrassed, and I hope in the future, situations like this can be approached with more empathy.

When you walk into Starbucks at Sycamore Commons to the morning crew and they are kind enough to say “where have you been, we’ve missed you!” (I used to go in at least twice a week, over a year ago). The customer service at the Starbucks sucks not coming here anymore. Y’all told me that y’all are about out of Christmas drinks. It’s not even Christmas yet. Y’all can’t even order more. I could go to other places and they’re having Christmas drinks till February. How are y’all gonna stay in business I’m very disappointed in y’all. I paid for my drink and food and I just walked out because y’all are Starbucks. Every location is different. Y’all need to do better.

Visited today to grab a drink for my girlfriend.
Ordered a Carmel Frappuccino, and when she was almost halfway done with her drink she discovered a hair in it. Finding hair in a drink raises serious concerns about hygiene and training at this location.

This is the most unhygienic place. My coffee has cockroach and when we went to complaint about it they were least concerned. We ordered our coffee through on the app and it took more than 10 mins to get the order ready.

I had to wait in line for a long time because nobody acknowledged me and said “We will be right with you”. I ended up having to place my order online. I understand places get busy, but not acknowledging me waiting in line with a team of 4 on staff was extremely rude.

This Starbucks was mainly like the others except for that the floor space was super limited. The line of people waiting to place an order filled the entire floor space. They were super busy and we waited a bit for our drink order but it was worth it!
