Editing my review from previous five stars across the board and putting the food category down to three stars. Here’s why:

Tonight I placed my order with the mobile app as usual ahead of time for drive-thru pick-up. The staff tonight did not have Megan and things were certainly running a little bit differently (slowly) but I just assumed the staff tonight had a little less experience than the normal staff I’m used to at this location. Be that as it may, check out the photo I’m submitting. For a $6 item, it’s pretty upsetting to have a dried out tiny scoop of beans slapped in the middle of the vegetarian Mexican pizza with the crust broken haphazardly (I placed some of the top shell pieces on the side to exemplify the sad excuse for filling); to make matters worse, the pizza shell tastes like it was prepared in old oil and has sort of a funky taste.. Won’t order this item again from this location.

Megan is an absolute STAR on the night team!
This is my closest local Taco bell, and trust me I eat here plenty. That being said, I’ve never really had any issues, but this is the second time that I received Megan assisting on the drive-thru because she stands out with her charm and friendliness, no matter what hour it is of the night.

As someone in hospitality myself, food doesn’t need to be fancy to make it a nice experience; The customer service aimed approach goes much farther than you know, and I appreciate that Megan is serious in her approach to excellent customer service both in affirming that your order is correct, and being super nice getting it to you with a smile. If only every Taco Bell experience had Megan behind it— give this gem a raise!!

I was going home after spending several days with my family in Baltimore Maryland. It had been a trip that was somewhat difficult and bittersweet. We had to say goodbye to a beloved family member who we loved so deeply. Well on the way home from the airport my wonderful grandson was the one who was driving me home. He held my hand as he drove talking gently to me regarding our trip and telling me how much being with so many family members had touched him in a good way. Then he said Grandma I can’t take you home “hungry”! What would you like to eat? I said well it’s Taco Tuesday. Let’s go to Taco Bell! He used the App and when we arrived at Taco Bell the order had already been paid for and was handed to him! Wow I was amazed and impressed.

Talk about the worst experience I’ve ever had of any Taco Bell in my life.

Lackluster location for sure. Ordered a Cantina bowl, substituted the chicken for steak, double steak, double beans and they brought out this terrible example of basically almost no meat, 1 tablespoon of beans and this was $12 worth of food?

Listen, I don’t care if it cost me $20, but you can’t bring out a bowl that looks like a toddler’s diaper opened in it.

Furthermore, none of the staff looked like or sounded like they wanted to work, they insisted my portions were correct . What a total waste of time, now I have to wait three days for a refund. Well, it worked out perfect for my diet, didn’t eat at all.

I just wanted to leave a review for the amazing service and food I received tonight! I placed a mobile order and because of the timing I was worried about it – but the young woman working the window, Megan, was an absolute star. She reassured me the food was made fresh (with quite possibly the greatest/sweetest attitude ever), asked me genuinely if there was anything else I needed and was honestly just an absolute pleasure to interact with. Super great at her job to say the least. And also – props to whomever was on food; it was so so yummy. Phenomenal experience 11/10. l’ve always gone to this Taco Bell out of the ones in the area and tonight was a reminder as to why. I will 100% continue to do so. – Kinzie

Jordan Deserves a raise, he was very patient with our order then, when we pulled up to get our order he was dressed like a Taco! That was Awesome! Our order was fast, correct, and delicious. This locations Friday night crew is impressive. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly.

Forgot Accounts
Came in exactly at around 1:01pm 10/24/25 and it’s always the some issue with the same worker (black lady). I’ve been here a few times, and every single time she’s rude and doesn’t communicate at all. You’re left standing there wondering if your payment even went through no acknowledgment, no confirmation, nothing, my payment wasn’t going through so she tried two times I guess the last time it went through because she just handed me the drink and didn’t say a word no receipt nothing, i pulled out my other card to hand it to her when she was to look over and she started to close the window so I dipped. Other workers here are nice and professional, but this one always makes the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. You guys need to work on her, yk at least a hi bye would be nice yk manners, mind you I never been rude to her I just observe, I also work in fast food and this attitude is a no act like you want to be there for the minimum.

Luis the General Manager is always amazing. The staff is quick and on top of things. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They rarely miss a beat and make sure we are taken care of. Luis is running a clean and efficient store. I will continue to come to this location.

I came through drive-thru one day and a kid named Jordan was dressed up as a taco but I believe it was really a pita but hey who am I to argue

Then the next time I went in ordered some tacos and ask for sour cream to be put across the entire taco because if you’ve ever been to Taco Bell you know they won’t hit your taco with the sour cream and it would be at the first part of the taco and the rest will be voided any of that sweet sweet dairy goodness. Of course I received my tacos with half of it having sour cream so I then ask to just purchase some sour cream since that was too complicated for the plump gentleman with the “Jerry curl” and before I could pay, the cool manager with the locs came up and said, “nah man don’t worry about it here you go”. That’s what you call good management

10/26 12 pm you couldn’t have anyone better during a rush than jay at the window handing food out making sure the customers are happy and so full of energy and loving what he is doing! Same with who was working in the back it’s always great but jay ran to my car bringing me something they couldn’t put in the bag! Great personality and always keeps a smile on his face
