The food was not the best. There were 4 of us eating here, and everyone had a problem with something in their order. The manager seemed agitated when we pointed out to her the problems with our food. Her attitude basically was take it or leave it. Our waitress was the best which is one of reasons we didn’t get up and leave after we told the manager the issues we were having. Needless to say she was not very accommodating.

Showed up on a Thursday night at 7:30 there was three other tables. Place had food on the floor everywhere first of all. The waitress took our order and then didn’t get our drinks for twenty minutes. Then got our appetizer in forty minutes then got my wrap thirty minutes after that. So took hour and fifteen minutes to get a wrap and fries and couldn’t even eat it. It was covered in grease. It stuck to the plate. And had almost nothing inside of it. Worst experience of my life ever. Do not go to this Applebees. Terrible. No manager came over. Terrible place to enjoy your hard earned money. Don’t Go!!!!

First time eating there with family. The food was amazing. They are the only place I know of that when you order a steak it comes seasoned. Just to taste. Delicious The server was very attentive and quick on his feet to make sure we got what we needed with out a long wait. I will definitely go again. I have no idea how much it was but he paid with a big bill and told the server to keep the change. He was very happy it was his first day! ✨✨✨✨✨

Ordered for for pickup first over the phone I was told it would be 40 minutes. Well we got there the food still wasn’t done for an hour after waiting. Get home food is missing my daughter well done steak was pink on the inside. The spinach dip was hard on top. Just horrible service and food this time. Let’s not forget the hard cheese inside the mozzarella sticks. Corna cannot be the problem step up management food in the garbage

UPDATE 4/7/25 I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS THE LAST I ORDER FROM ANY Applebee’s THE CONTAINER IN WITH The FOOD CONTAINER UNSANITARY AND THIS IS THE NEW STEAK ITEM SUPPOSEDLY A 6 OZ STEAK SEEMS MORE LIKE A 3 OZ STEAK AND ITS A EXTRA $3.50 FOR AN 8 OZ AND MY HUSBAND STEAK WAS EVEN SMALLER DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED. UPDATE 12/11/25 SO I WENT AGAINST MY WORD AND WENT INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT TODAY BECAUSE IT WAS MY MOM’S BIRTHDAY. THE WAITRESS TERRIBLE SHE CHOSE NOT TO WRITE NOTHING DOWN AND ASSUMED SHE COULD REMEMBER EVERYTHING. THE MARGARITAS WERE FINE MY TRIO MEAL WAS INCORRECT HAD TO BE TAKEN BACK AND REMADE MY MOM AND SISTER ORDER A 2/$25 BUT NEVER RECEIVED BONELESS BUFFALO WINGS. THE WAITRESS WAS VERY SLOW WITH CHECKING ON THE TABLE I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER WAITRESS GET HER ATTENTION DUE TO MY INCORRECT MEAL. I WANTED TO TAKE A RIBLET MEAL TO GO THE WAITRESS NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN AFTER BEING ASKED SEVERAL TIMES I GUESS EVERYONE WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE YOUNG LADY WITH THE PINK WIG RECEIVING FLOWERS DURING WORK HOUR’S. NOW EVERYONE ATTENTION IS ON HER AND THEY WANT TO KNOW WHAT SHE HAD AND EVERYONE FORGET THE WERE WORKING. IT WASN’T CROWDED SO I’M NOT SURE WHY THE WAITRESS WAS SO INCOMPETENT WHEN THE ISSUES WERE BROUGHT TO THE WAITRESS HER EXCUSE WAS THE WINGS WERE BROUGHT TO ANOTHER TABLE LIKE THEY HAD A SHORTAGE AND COULDN’T MAKE WHAT WAS ALREADY ORDERED. THEY WANTED TO COMP THE MEAL I WOULD OF RATHER HAD BETTER SERVICE WITH THE FOOD I ORDERED CORRECTLY AND WOULD HAVE PAID NO PROBLEM. I EVEN GAVE HER A TIP THAT WASN’T DESERVED AND COULD OF BEEN BIGGER IF THE JOB YOU ARE PAID FOR WAS DONE CORRECTLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND EATING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION IN MY OPINION THEY CAN’T EVEN GET THE ORDER CORRECT SITTING IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. I EVEN HAVE A FREE MEAL CARD DUE TO THE ONGOING ISSUES AND I CHOSE NOT TO USE IT BUT I GAVE IT TO RANDOM STRANGER HOPEFULLY THEY WILL HAVE A BETTER VISIT. THIS WAS MY LAST STRAW AND VIST WITH THIS LOCATION AND I SEE WHY IT WAS EMPTY AND YOU HAVE A 3.9 STAR RATING IN MY OPINION IT SHOULD BE LOWER THAN THAT.

This Applebees is always delicious. Not a person that usually frequents chain restaurants but we popped in here once and the burger was delicious. Now we go weekly. It’s always pretty delicious food here and the staff is nice. In a time when chain places seem to be not very good this Applebees is always pretty tasty! Great burger. Thanks.
