Waited nearly 30mins inside for our food, they never yelled out the order when it was done and left it sitting there so long the food got cold and fries were soggy. Won’t be returning to this location again its gone down hill the last few months and today was the last straw smh.

I came late at night after a brutal shift at work, haven’t had jack in the box in over 15 years. JASMINE (hope i spelled it right) was super polite and thorough answered all my questions and was patient. Seeing as how McDonald’s down the street closes at 12 i guess JACK IN THE BOX HERE is primed to make good money!! Especially if people like jasmine are kept around for their guest service and menu knowledge!! Her smile was awesome to see from a food service employee and reminds me of some of my employees when i was a GM for a Freddy’s that won 2 national awards!! JASMINE fits the DNA of what a chain should look for and build!!! Kudos to jack on the box and jasmine i will be back !!! Oh and the food was bomb that munchie meal box HITS for $10 lolol

I ordered 2 t pain meals one with no lettuce and tomatoes, not only did i not recieve what i requested but the taco was cold. Then they didn’t tell us at the order screen that there was not cookies included with the order cause some how there out. Yall was out of chocolate lava cake this week and now yall out of cookies… sounds like yall employees tearing up yall profit. Yall need to run an inventory check on that store. If it’s about make profit for the company and keeping happy customers I urge you to check. I used to work at jack in the box… restock was on Thursdays it’s only Friday and yall outta cookies. The person who handled my order was Lai Lani D. This sucks especially cause the server was tryna throw it at us quickly and run off from speaking on my cookies being missing… I woulda been cool if I got my cookies but they gave me churros I dislike those… shoulda gave me 2 lava cakes and this wouldn’t even be an issue. Now I gotta be extra… edited I went to the site filled out all the info and haven’t heard anything from owner or company.

The last 2 times I have come to this particular Jack in the Box has been a wonderful experience. The time before today, I was helped by Nicci and she has the best personality. She is kind and really strives to get the customer exactly what they ask for!! Beautiful inside and out!! Today, I was helped by Arelia and again the customer service is out of this world!! She is sweet and kind and really has a knack for people who are so indecisive as myself!! These ladies are what every customer service company needs!! They should really be the face of your location because there are few people in this town that know how to treat people!! Thank you both for making it so easy to keep going back!!!!

I waited approx. 30+ minutes in the drive thru line for an order of 2 burgers and a fry. Mind you, the line and parking lot is basically empty, they aren’t backed up.
Also, I don’t appreciate the fact that the size of the drink I ordered isn’t stated on my receipt. I paid for a large and wasn’t told until I got to the second window that they didn’t have large cups, so I was offered a small, but I don’t even know if I paid for a large or a small because it isn’t stated on the receipt.
I will not be going to this jack in the box again.

Their fish sandwich is second to none. They’re better than McDonald’s fish filet. Too bad it is a seasonal item or I would eat at Jack In The box all the time.
Their tacos normal size and mini are tasty as they’ve ever been.
