I recently went to Popeyes and experienced the most friendliest staff! We went through the drive-thru and were missing items. I went indoors to check on the missing items. I walk in to see the manager helping out an elderly man in a scooter with his food order. She assisted him by putting his drink in his basket and hung his food on his handle to make it easier for him to navigate the restaurant. She was incredibly friendly and professional! She and the other staff were able to help me with my missing items and handled the lunch rush with ease! Wonderful service!

I’m giving this place two stars not because anything was done right. but because I like Popeyes. That said, I waited 10 minutes to order in the drive thru only to be told to come inside. While I waited 5 more minutes to order they took someone’s order in the drive thru!? I asked before I ordered and was told they would have to cook more chicken so it would be 10 more minutes. I might have been tempted to see if they could actually do it, but I was getting a contact high from the manager. Bye Popeyes!

I was literally just picking up a DoorDash. The lobby was closed so I had to come through the drive thru to pick it up. I got there at 10:28 pm. I left at 11:03pm. And no I am not exaggerating that how long it took. Plus there was someone in front of us who asked for a refund because she was there way before us and still didn’t get her food until they closed. She was there for an hour. On top of all of this the employees were super snappy that we just pulled to the window. I’m sorry that no one came to the speaker of 20mins of us sitting at the speaker… plus there was only 2 cars in the drive thru…

I ordered a 3 piece tender box and they gave me 2 chicken breast instead. The red beans and rice were so watery, and disgusting. I will never visit again!!!

Ordered delivery through the app, said it would be about 49 minutes. Not a big deal, it’s still technically a holiday, I can wait. Twenty or more minutes later, I get a text from someone saying they are out of everything and do I want to cancel the order. How is this place still open? All the reviews are horrible. Employees not doing their jobs, managers not managing, they never have food ready or at all? How. I better get a refund for this bullshit, and maybe the owner should consider retraining or firing everyone there. Oh and trying to get customer support on the app is as useless as the employees, just a chat bot who assures you you’ll get help in “24-48 hours.” I also called the restaurant to see what’s going on, no one answered. Unacceptable. Do not go here, do not order here, just shut the whole location down.

Every time I go I’m pulled forward for 30 minutes after being told it would be 10. Last night I placed a mobile order at 6:26. I arrived at 7:11 and was told to pull forward. ALL the parks in the drive through were filled with people pulled forward. I didn’t receive my food till about 7:30 and I still had to remind them about the drink that’s ON THE RECEIPT. No way it should take over an hour with ordering ahead. Terrible service every time.

If I could give location at 71111 a zero, I would. I went in to the restaurant for my birthday celebration with my family, and I tried to use my app to be able to use my rewards. The cashier was trying to help but the app shows that the store is closed and I am unable to place my order so I wouldn’t be able to use my reward. I talked to the manager and she says she cannot do anything about it, but just sent an email to the person in charge. I wanted to order fries and they are out of fries. I contacted customer service by the phone and the automated voice sent me a sort of text message so I can go over the support in the app that obviously does not fix anything.
This experience was just awful that I would not recommend anyone to go there to waste their time and deal with so mediocre personnel and technology. What a waste! What a ripoff!!! My son just asked me to get something more decent than this crappy experience.

On 12/30/25 I placed an order on the app for an 18 wing group pack. When I got to the restaurant, I was told they had no wings at all. When I asked about a refund I was told I would have to in the app and cancel my order. When the went into the app to cancel, it says “ once an order is placed through the Popeyes app or website, it can not be canceled or modified” . I filed a report using the AI chat section, on the app, and after a couple day when I checked the status it said the issue had been resolved, but no one had contacted me via email, text, or phone call. When i looked up the complaint number and call it, it would not let me speak to a human, it texted me a link to the AI chat thing on the app and got nowhere with it.
I was also told by the manager at the restaurant, that they have no control over the app and that it was run by a third party.
After this experience I will be deleting the app and never going to Popeyes again.

This is the worst restaurant in Bossier City on Airline Dr for Dashers! The employees there act as if orders from DoorDash aren’t real paying customers like walk-in ones. Next time I’ll record a video and send it to Popeyes corporate office to show them how these employees care about DoorDash paying customers. The miserable guy running the register is totally rude and keeps a sour look and he will ignore you and act as if you’re invisible. Dashers are real working people just like DoorDash customers are real paying people.

Popeyes on airline drive in bossier city SUCKS! Chicken pieces are tiny and OVERCOOKED in old grease! I ordered a large order of $79. Part of it was two 12 piece dark only chicken. Most of the chicken was wings. Tiny, tough wings. They also included two breasts. Ugh! I couldn’t believe how down Popeyes has gone since I first ate at one in the 90’s. I hadn’t been in a long time and decided to visit. I’m going back to Churches. Hands down 100 times better than Popeyes AND cheaper. Oh and customer service sucked too. I wanted biscuits but forgot to put them on the app order so I asked when I got the window. “NO ORDERS AT THE WINDOW!” Oh wow. Ok. Even though there was no one behind me. Then they ask me to pull over where I proceeded to wait for about 25 minutes and finally went inside to find out where is my order?? I will absolutely 100% not be back. I also left this review on the airline drive Popeyes. I wish there was an option to upload a picture.
