This is an okay place they just have to raise the bar and give a jam. The paper towel holder has fallen down, the service could have come with a warm smile. The service was not bad but could have been better as the lunch rush started. I would go back but I’m not in a rush to. Take a look at the pics and tell me if I’m off the mark and judge for yourself.

I stopped while traveling, and used the restroom first. I decided ultimately to not eat here due to how dirty the restaurant was. The neglect to the obvious issues in the bathroom alone just made me wonder what it’s like in the kitchen and where we can’t see.

The bathroom was dirty, and even in the lobby all the chairs had grime and built-up dirt maybe five or inches up the legs.

I think you should have the tile that’s coming off the wall in the bathrooms assessed by a professional, and perhaps order a deep clean of your store. The inside should match the outside, which looked very nice and inviting. (Photos are screenshots from the video I took. It wouldn’t let me upload a video for whatever reason- I’ll post it separately.)

The last 4 times we’ve been here have been to get blizzards. I always add additional candy but there is less than a normal amount. I don’t want to pay $15 for 2 ice creams. Put the candy in them. I pay for the blizzards. Mix them up too. Usually halfway down there is no candy.

The food was great but the order was wrong. It was missing a burger patty. It was still good tho. I tried the chicken and dumplings! It was delicious, I didn’t even know this was something DQ offered and they where surprisingly good. Dumplings are great for a cold day.

Literally the worst in DFW. Ordered a bacon hungrbustr to go. Drove 7 minutes home, food a disaster. Burger barely warm with cold cheese and barely warm unsalted fries. Never again. Do not recommend.

I always enjoy stopping by Dairy Queen for a quick bite to eat. On this day, I orders the 3 tacos and crispy chicken salad with ranch (my usual). The food did take a little while to come (drive thru) but when it did it was prepared fresh! Overall, a good experience with decent food.

I just left there. I was charged for a 6 piece steak finger basket but was given a 4 piece and of course no one answers the phone.

There were approximately 7 cars in front of me but we waited because the inside was locked. I ordered 3 tacos and chicken strips for my babies. After 10-12 minutes I get to the window and am handed the order. We stopped by the gas station and I looked- the order was correct and had all the condiments requested. But I was so disappointed in how my tacos looked. They looked like they were thrown together literally. I took receipt out and called. After several rings a woman answered she asked me to hold. The cashier that took my order came on the line. I explained that this was not acceptable and would like a new better prepared order or my money back. Now parked in front of their front door I explained “I understand that the sign right here says due to a staffing shortage the inside is closed but this will not work.” She said she’d make my order again and bring to the car, which she did. It was much better!
