Never had I such a disrespectful experience as a customer in my life. Came in to store and asked for 2 dozen pretzels, guy looked at me like I’m from another planet , didn’t say a word just kept looking at me, I repeated my ask. Instead of offering a solution or even bothering to explain that they don’t have such a big order capacity, the guy kept staring at me when eventually he said “what can I get you”. Never I will set my foot in Philly Pretzel Factory again

11/28/24 I went to this location and as I stood there to wait for my order, I observed this place is filthy. I saw boxes were everywhere and next to the food prep stations and the floor was dirty. The place is very unorganized. To make worse, they left front door propped open which invites unwanted pests in.

So I go here a lot and the staff is awesome! They run around like little machines! BUT I know they are supposed to wear rubber gloves handling the food and the ONLY 2 employees NOT wearing them were the boys making the pretzels! Meanwhile I literally watched the one boy pull his phone out of his pocket and touching all over the screen of his cellphone and right back to folding pretzels! Hope management gets stricter on the gloves! That was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Great pretzels and dipping sauces can be purchased here. I actually won a large tray with 3 dipping sauces by following them on Facebook and entering their weekly contest! I won on my first try and was happy to share it with my coworkers at my new job that I just started that week! Picking it up was easy and no hassles. They had a steady flow of customers at 830am on a Thursday. Be careful with parking…it can be hazardous if you pull in next to a large vehicle–it makes it difficult to back out of the angled parking onto busy route 70 west. Overall, great experience and delicious still warm from the oven pretzels. I will be back again.

Couldn’t have been easier. Ordered ahead for Super Bowl Sunday (Yaaaay Eagles!). Walked in to 10 other people waiting for orders. I was asked my name and what time I was scheduled to pick up my order. I was told 7 minutes. I was about 10 minutes early so I had no problem waiting. Lots of workers pulling pretzels from the ovens and making trays. 7 minutes later I was walking out with my fresh baked pretzel tray and heading to the party. The pretzels were a hit. The most popular dip of the 3 I ordered was the cinnamon. The honey mustard was yummy as was the cheese dip. I will definitely order again!

Very disappointed in this place! I come in to buy one or two pretzels and they’re never ready, I have to stand there and wait 10-15 mins for a couple pretzels. They’re NEVER open on time, the pretzels are getting smaller and smaller! There’s always different people working in there, you don’t know who’s in charge, the pretzels sizes are NOT a consistent. The pretzels just taste ok, other times they taste horrible and they’re alway different sizes. If you want good quality pretzels do not go there in Cherry Hill rt 70. I found another factory to go to! You’ve been warned

7 people behind the counter…and turning customers away by the dozens on Superbowl Sunday due to obviously being unprepared….like customer are going to pre order a 20 pretzel orders…as seen by all those and their money you’re turning away. Poor management.
