Had a great experience at Original ChopShop – Irving. Katie was an fantastic cashier — super friendly and gave an awesome recommendation for the spicy Korean bowl. I ended up ordering it and absolutely loved it. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the service really made the visit stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My little family and I really enjoyed our meals at Chop Shop. We were able to customize our bowls to our liking and diets. I especially liked the options for the base of the bowls. I was able to choose roasted vegetables and cauliflower rice to go with the teriyaki chicken. To make it as autoimmune diet friendly as possible, I asked them to remove the sesame seeds. My daughter and I both loved their teriyaki chicken. It was tender and well-seasoned. The sauce is really tasty. We would definitely eat here again whenever we return to DFW.

Today I was sooo busy I forgot to submit my order online and drove up to the restaurant thinking I had submit it. The manager was sooo accommodating and helped me order at the restaurant instead and quickly prepared my meal. The food was amazing as was the fresh juice i ordered. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back.

So it’s my first time here and the manger Jason walks me through the whole menu and recommends THE BEST bowl I’ve ever had. Then he let my friend and I taste a couple juices and they were amazing as well. 10 out of 10 for the food and juice as well as the hospitality and customer service!! I’ll be back tomorrow. lol
