When Jesus Ayala came to the United States from San Jose de la Paz, Jalisco, he came with a dream that his family owned estilo de casa (homestyle) Mexican restaurant would grow. Two and a half decades later, Antonio Ayala has come to create his father’s dream to own and operate one of the most well-known and successful brand of Mexican restaurants in the south-eastern United States. My sister and I like to go here especially to have a drink. We went 3 time within a month and twice was an issue. The first time my drink was completely wrong and the waitress asked if I was going to still pay for the drink because the liquor they used was expensive. Absolutely not, plus I didn’t drink it. The 3rd time we went which was 2/27/26 They messed up my food. I ordered a steak fajita and they brought me fries. When I corrected them, the cook came out and asked me what was wrong. I expressed to him I didn’t order loaded fries or whatever they were trying to give me. The waitress comes Running over there saying so this isn’t what you ordered. I looked her in the face and said no. I don’t understand how she messed up the order when I told her specifically that I wanted steak fajitas. The service sucked and they charge a gratuity fee for 2 people. I will not give this place anymore money.

My favorite Mexican restaurant. I always get the California burrito with sour cream instead of guacamole and the beans instead of rice. Don’t forget to get sour cream on the side and queso with chips.
My friends and I friends are regulars here. Pretty nice bar area with affordable daily, happy hour Margarita specials.
We come here to, get away, talk, get a drink and many other times, just to get a good meal.
There is an outside seating area. I am not sure if they allow dogs in that area. However, it is directly on the sidewalk. I would NOT eat there but many people do . Too many people walking by for me.
This is the only La Hacienda restaurant that I will eat at in this area. They are NOT all the same. I believe I have tried each location. The only one I would even attempt to go to again is the one by Tanger outlet.
I’ve been going to this particular La Hacienda for over 8 years. They have been pretty consistent . The food is always hot. The drinks are usually amazing and the restaurant clean.
The staff does not talk much. That’s OK. I appreciate the quality meals. Can’t ask for much more.
Restrooms stay clean . Tables are wiped as soon as people get up.
Great for groups. Good for dining alone and also cool for date nights as there is an area off to the side that is kind of private.
This is definitely the place I will always come back to when I want something that I know tastes good .

I don’t know what kind of rating to give since the food was delicious but I woke up today with simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. I only got 1 refill on my drink and my queso came out after my entree. There was one other couple in the whole restaurant beside me, and I was dining alone.

Picked up food from there recently. It took an extra 10 minutes longer than they said, even though I got an alert my food was ready. Which would be fine, except the order was also incorrect. I ordered a quesadilla with cheese, spinach, and mushrooms. I got cheese, and about 7 pieces of spinach. For the $14 I spent on the meal, I was pretty disappointed.

Had an unfortunate experience that will probably keep me from going again. Found a long hair in my plate, showed the waitress which apologized but still charged my order on the bill. Had to argue to have the plate removed from the bill

Took myself out for a “me day” lunch, and everything was absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had the lunch portion of the steak fajitas and it was the perfect amount of food. I come here often with friends and family, and will continue to do so, as this has quickly become a favorite spot in Goose Creek.
