I should have know better! Went to Burtons on Christmas Eve with a reservation and it was packed. Had to wait 1/2 hour to be seated. Can’t blame the waitress but it to 45 minutes to get our meals. Order the ribeye it was cooked the way I ordered it and it was good quality and tasty but it had been sitting under the warming light and was not hot. The mashed potatoes were good but had the warming light skin on them. I would go back when it’s less crowded.

Had my first experience there with my parents and we had a nice casual lunch. The energy at the time was very relaxing, not to busy but can see it slamming in it’s peak hours.
We had two servers as one was in training. Both of them were very attentive and knowledgeable of the items served. Mom got the risotto half order which even that portion seemed enormous and she took more than half to go. I had the crab cake Benedict, great portion and was delicious. The crab cake was “ok” definitely a try to anyone not my choice to order it again. Would do thw classic or another

Excellent food. Well prepared. On point service. Immaculate surroundings. Downsides: might sound silly but their onions and pickles which are added to sandwiches are pathetic. A blob of pinkish stuff which passes for onions and pickle rounds which look like they have been sitting around for hours and languish. Didn’t eat that cause I have experienced it before and they are disgusting. All else great especially their salads.

Burton’s Grill & Bar has great gluten free food and a wonderful staff! We ordered crispy calamari, cheesesteak spring rolls, mac and cheese, bread service & crispy fish sandwiches with parmesan truffle fries — for dessert we ordered cheesecake, 7 layer chocolate cake & key lime pie… ALL gluten free! The portions are generous too, we couldn’t believe it. The host was really friendly and our server Derek was fantastic, we can’t wait to come back again!! 🙂

I just came in for a nice celebration with my girlfriend for a promotion. I have to say that the service provided by both Barry and Lana were fantastic. Lana catered to every drink and food order we had. She was amazing. She deserves a raise and she most certainly deserved every penny of the tip we left!!! Our waitress was nice, quick, and attentive. We were able to order fast and have our delicious entrees within 20 minutes. The lobster roll was a 7 out of 10, and the short rib sandwich was 10 out of 10. The drinks were also made with perfection. I was very impressed by this restaurant. They did everything great! Thanks, and I will definitely be back.

Gluten free people listen up! We are from NYC where the gluten free options are plentiful. However, when we are in Florida, which is a few times a year, we must always dine at Burtons 2-3 times because their gf menu is fantastic. So many options that you cannot ordinarily find and cooked to perfection. I always get the fried calamari and cheesesteak spring rolls are insane. The burgers are fantastic and the truffle fries are a gift from the angels. Tonight we had Cassandra who was wonderful. Everything you want in a server: sweet, professional and she listened. She brought our dinner tonight to the next level. We’ve been here twice in 3 days and will probably be back one more time before we leave. Really can’t rave enough.
