Stopped in for a quick dinner. We had the tamales, mole enchiladas, and spinach queso dip. Also I had a Julio margarita. Mole was good though I could use it to be a touch more chocolatey. Tamales were yummy. Margarita was perfect. Will return.

We found one and went there. It has a terrible sewer smell and all of the employees were more worried about being in their phones then waiting on us
After looking at the menu and not being waited on we decided to find another place. We happened to stop at Sweet Caroline’s and the nice girl working there suggested Mi Ranchito and we decided to go there.
It was delicious, hot and fresh. The waitress we had was super nice and very attentive. The restaurant is very clean and located in a good, easy accessible area.
The kids meals are good as well and very well portioned for all of the meals

One of our favorite spots to go for reliably delicious Mexican food in Kansas City is Mi Ranchito. This Mexican restaurant has daily specials and margaritas that pack a punch. We absolutely love the corn balls that are served with the entrees! Start your meal off with some chips, salsa, and queso dip! Mi Ranchito has always been a go to place to meet with family and enjoy great Mexican food. My first meal at Mi Ranchito was in Gladstone Missouri many years ago. Later, the south Overland Park Kansas became a favorite as well. The food is always hot and delicious. The endless chips and salsa are perfect. The salsas are amazing and a favorite. They have plenty of close parking. The atmosphere is casual and cheerful. Be certain to add this place to your go to Mexican restaurant list. I’m sure you will enjoy it.

Had 29 in our party so it took a minute to get all that food ready, but they kept up with our chips and water as we waited. Really good food when it came! Nice atmosphere. A good choice for Mexican food.

We were there last Sat late at night about 40 mins before close, but the lady was so friendly service was excellente! Drink and food was great as always. We know they want to go home too, so try tried to eat aa fast as we could, but we never felt rushed!
