Worst church’s in STL. Bad attitudes, employees loud , playing with each other and cussing. Food was old. Also I got a half of biscuit. The okra was good and fresh. Just moved to the area so now I have to drive past this location just to go to another location which is crazy.

Most employees are pleasant at this location. What I order is usually recently or just cooked (legs), you have to watch out for the biscuits though, I’ve gotten a biscuit that had been sitting for awhile ( a couple of times). Also, I have been there a few time where I’ve had to wait for more than 15min. Could use a face lift.

Came in, placed an order; it came up pretty quickly. The fried side(s) were cooked to order and were hot in the bag. Service was OK no complaints. The server was polite. The grease that the food was cooked in left an after taste and smell (reused oil smell and taste). That would be my only complaint.

I was there today for lunch, and I asked if they had a rest room before I ordered because flu season is here! The” manager And employee basically double teamed me. Denied my order all because I said that it was against the law for them to have a restaurant, Without running water or Soap you can’t wash your hands! While serving food yuk. But many small restaurants are trying to deny people.The right to use the restroom , more or less , the employees i’m quite sure osha don’t know this yet, the management knows nothing about this.

I purchased dinner from Church’s chicken in Overland Missouri (restaurant # 00515). I ordered 4 legs and 4 wings mild with 5 biscuits and two apple pies.
Not only was part of my order missing, the chicken was SPICY, DRY/ and of poor quality.
I made an attempt to contact the store however the number listed on the receipt was out of service. Since I was unsuccessful reaching the store by phone, I called the corporate office.
At this time I am still waiting for them to offer some sort of compensation to get this resolved.

While I don’t go to Church’s every Sunday, I do worship at the altar of crispy, golden chicken whenever the spirit moves me—and let me tell you, the spirit moves often.
