Dry! Dry! Driest burger I’ve had. I had to customize my food myself! I’ve called this location multiple times one line is disconnected. The other number just rings. Couldn’t rush back because I was at work. The young lady at the window was very rude. This lady’s customer service is horrible. Terrible customer service is the easiest way to lose customer’s like myself.

I come here during breakfast hours from 6:30am to 7am, there is this one employee who works almost everyday for long hours and does alot of work. I appreciate that they show up everyday to their job despite how chaotic and unmanaged it seems. Props to you whoever that is! Food has always been hot for me, but there does seem to be some change in management so the better employees aren’t exploited.

We went to this location very excited to get a grinch box as today is the first day at first we did not see them advertise, but then saw them on the drive-through board. I ordered them. We got around to the window talking about how excited we are and then I get handed a plain brown paper or McDonald’s bag And when I asked, didn’t we order Grinch meals the worker informed me that their location isn’t starting the promotion until tomorrow because of a system glitch. It would have been nice to know that when I ordered as I would have gone to a different location.

The most consistent thing about this location is that your order is guaranteed to be incorrect. The last three times we’ve picked up from here, regardless of ordering ahead or walking in, the order (sometimes multiple items with the order) has always been wrong in some way. The staff do not care to be accurate, and have no incentive to do so.

Makala allegedly is a manager (she had a manager shirt on) I went through drive thru at 6:28pm on 10/17/2025 (exact time on my receipt). She handed me two large drinks, and the fruit punch was all over the cups I kindly asked her to wipe the drinks and she did and she told me to move to waiting area #1. I was in my car for over 30 minutes. I saw car after car get serviced. I took the receipt and two drinks and asked for a refund. Makala ran to the back when she saw me coming. The chef asked me do you have the double quarter meal and the nuggets meal and I said yes he replied I was wondering why this food was sitting here. I am guessing Makala didn’t like me asking for my drink to be clean before putting it in my car. She purposely had me waiting I saw another car that was waiting along with me she had two young kids she probably was sabotaging them as well. Makala needs to be fired, She cost this restaurant a refund and I will never be back. Most of all she left a very bad impression on a customer.

Wow. Went at 6pm. Wasn’t that busy but the employee couldn’t handle taking order over the speaker had me pull up and order. Get to the window hes not wearing headset correctly and still got order wrong. And didn’t receive what I paid for. One of the items I didn’t pay for was a “snack wrap” with chicken nuggets inside

Slow service, order was wrong 3 times, employees were just standing around while I waited for my correct order.

Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit, it was hard. Coffee was bitter. This is not a well maintained restaurant, the interior looks old, the exterior needs a clean up, the kids play area is very weathered and the playground cover is falling in.

There’s another McDonalds up the road, go there instead.

I was here at 10:35am on Thursday Dec 13th, 2018.

Owner – look at your reviews. Horrible.

Going through the drive through the person the speaker is not friendly. Once you order your food, its drivr around to the first windows with an attitude. Once at the windows no greeting grabs your card no telling of the charge or anything. The only positive result is food is great and hot. Anything else htbecustomer sevice socks
