My order for breakfast didn’t go fully through on my app for dine in. I didn’t realize it until they brought out my granddaughters food. I tried to order mine but they said they were no longer serving breakfast. It was 10:36 by this point they stop at 10:30 and they were not busy at all, one other table inside, a couple of cars in the drive through. The person working the dining room was nice and tried to get it ordered but they wouldn’t let her. The little girl who said she was the manger barely even apologized, but what caused me to leave the bad review was the man who came out to try and “explain” why (mansplain). He made up some crap about having to keep it warm at a different temperature. I don’t need you to keep it warm. I just wanted a hashbrown bowl. Don’t make stuff up!! From everything I saw online they transition early for “effienncy” and speed and different equipment is used. I understand there has to be a cut off but come on. You can do better than that and if not don’t lie.

I’ve eaten here numerous times. Everything has always been right for me. That is, except for today! I ordered a sausage egg and cheese muffin and received a biscuit instead. By the time I noticed I was already out of the drive thru. I also didn’t receive a stick to stir my coffee with. I still enjoyed my food and they were quite busy.

OMG WoW that’s the first thing that came to my mind when I went and placed my order these guys and girls at chick fil a in Albemarle NC are so professional and so kind and respectful they give you that extra attention they explain everything with details and positive vibes every time I go. I love this place I try to go almost 3 to 4 times a week I highly recommend and prefer this fast food restaurant over many others thank you chick fil a for always giving me and everyone else that goes to this franchise a great service and attention I give this place 5 star if I could give more I would they deserve it

The food was good but service at this store is not up to other Chic Fil-A’s we have patronized. First, our order was “lost in system” after we waited while those around us were getting their food. Once we asked if they would check on our order, we finally got it. Not hot all all. The tables were not cleaned as they should have been. A man and his wife were trying to clean the table as the girl brought their food. She just sat the bag down on the table and didn’t offer to help or clean the table. Although another girl girl swept floor, big chunks of food were left on floor. Very disappointed because Chic Fil-A is usually our favorite.

I placed a catering order around 11:00 AM for a 5:30 PM pickup, and it wasn’t ready until 5:50 PM. When you plan ahead and schedule catering, timing matters—especially when you’re picking up food for a group. I expect better organization and communication, especially from Chick-fil-A, which is usually known for good service. Very disappointing experience.

True to Chick-fil-A model. The service here rocks. Whether through drive through or dine-in. Food is fresh and hot when it comes. They have finally opened the play area. It is small but several children enjoyed it while I was there. It’s great to see smiles on parents faces as they watch their children have fun. Fresh flowers and currently gingerbread houses for Christmas holiday season are nice decorations.

Chickfila goes above and beyond for their customers. Our battery went dead while we were eating our delicious breakfast. The manager was so kind and came out there and jumped our car off when he doesn’t have too!!
