Great service. There was an actual person to take my order instead of just a kiosk. I need that one ordering a la carte meat. The cashier needed assistance and the manager came over immediately and rang it up. Quick delivery from a worker who told me to have a beautiful day with a sweet smile! Clean bathrooms that had a choice of air blower or paper towel which I always appreciate. Nice art on the wall by the entrance door.

Took over an hour to get my order. Ordered on the mobile app checked in at the counter they had my order. Then they lost the order or they thought they may have given it to someone else. Then they didn’t want to remake my order and offered me lunch instead so they didn’t have to heat the grills after I had already paid for my meal and waited 45 minutes with two kids. Many around me were also asking for refunds. How hard is it to make breakfast for one adult and two kids? This place has no service nor respect for people and their time. Finally received order placed at 10:33 at 11:44, received a partial order not even everything that we paid for and no refund for missing items or our time.
The first photo is the line for refunds the second is my order placed at 10:33. This was the worst experience.

They are great! I am pretty picky about how I like my food. I want it hot so I always ask for cook to order and I never get attitude line i donate Wendy’s lol. The one thing I would say is there is always one mistake made with my order Everytime I go wether it be a missing fry or onions on my son’s burger, so that get annoying. They ALWAYS make it right, so there’s that!

Worst experience in any McDonald’s I have ever had. Walked in at 8:18 am lobby was being moped floor signs were out so there was no safety hazard, bathrooms were dirty toilet paper all over the stalls, mirrors not clean. Walked up to the front counter was not recognized whatsoever, waited 10 minutes for someone to come over and nothing. A different customer pointed me towards the screen to take my own order. Placed my order no receipt came out then I went to the front counter again and was not acknowledged until I said something to someone cleaning the restrooms. I explained to him my situation and he said the screen froze that they would take my order up front. When a lady came up with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She made no eye contact, short ended answers and bluntly rude. In general someone you wouldn’t want to put in front of a ANY customers ever. After placing my order sat down with a table number but my order was called out?? So not making it a big deal I walked up to get it. Also one thing forgot to mention the bagels I ordered were not being displayed on the screen, I stumbled on it on the kiosk. My steak egg and cheese begals came out as a sausage egg and cheese, ordered an iced coffee received a regular hot coffee. So I got up and took it up front they asked me if I was sure I ordered it ICED ♂️. By this time I was extremely annoyed but kept my cool not raising my voice at anyone, it took everything for me not to turn into a Karen. When I finally received my iced coffee it was made plain no sugar light cream……I ordered it regular so I politely grabbed all my incorrect items and walked out. Not to mention the entire transaction was about $35 and took about 45 minutes I had no time to waste as I am filming this morning and this experience cost me more money then what it was worth. I hate leaving negative experiences but the only good thing from my visit was the older gentleman group who were out golfing cracking jokes. Besides that the golden arches let me down today.

Stopped in to use the restroom and made the mistake of ordering inside. Proceeded to watch the staff make meals for cars that arrived well after me. 15 minutes for 2 mcchickens is definitely 1 star for a mcdonalds.

Clean bathrooms! I pass through here a lot for travel, so that’s always appreciated.
Service could be a bit faster, but it is what it is. The employees are friendly!
For the food – it’s McDonalds 🙂 I always get a cheeseburger or chicken nugget when I come through. Always hot and hits the spot.

1. Big breakfast came with 1/3 portion of egg that any other McDonald’s.
2. Cheese on bagel was hanging half off.
3. Wanted to charge me for Mexican salsa because I guess you’re only allowed them free with burritos.
4. Store was absolutely not busy, yet seemed no one wanted to catch all the flies landing on guest’s food.
5. Milkshake machine was being maintained as usual so that was a no go.
6. Forces you to place your own order while non busy employees chit chat behind the counter.

This is the second time I have been given wrong food here. I stop here monthly on the way to and from Seattle, I gas up and get a quarter pounder before I head up the pass. This time we placed the orders, 1/4 pounder meal and a Dr Pepper. We hit the highway and what was given to me was the wrong burger, it was a double patty something, to big to eat while driving. Update: I came back through on Tuesday 11/10, for breakfast. They forgot an item, I was still at the window waving to get their attention, there was a large girl talking on the phone and gave me the shhh sign, what is with your employees here. Finally another employee noticed us and got it fixed. You got your second chance I will not be back.

We pulled up just about lunchtime. We ordered at the kiosk, and then our order appeared on the front screen, so we knew it was in progress. The ice cream cone came first; it was a tad lop-sided, but nothing to complain about. Shortly after, the burgers came. The restaurant was clean and very convenient to get off and back on the freeway. The ease of freeway access is why I prefer this location over Ellensburg.
