First time customer. As I walked in the front door I was greeted by the nice young lady at the front counter. She asked if we had even been here before. I said no and she gave us a menu to look at and told us to take our time to look over the menu. We looked over the menu and they didn’t pressure us to hurry which is always nice. We then went back up to the counter and placed our order. I ordered a full slab of ribs and my girlfriend got the pulled pork dinner plate with green turnips and fried okra. Within minutes our food was out with our drinks. Everything looked and smelled amazing! The ribs were phenomenal and the pulled pork was great! The ribs were fall off the bone smokey greatness. And the pulled pork was so juicy and moist. Both the ribs and pulled pork were so delicious that you didn’t need sauce, but the sauce added more delicious flavor. When combining the sauce and meat, it’s delicious. So what I would overall recommend is the ribs, just amazing, phenomenal, great tasting flavor! They were the best ribs I’ve had so far!

Very good B-B-Q in Knoxville, I Google for good places to have Q and this did not disappoint, the only problem was that it took forever to get our food. Hopefully after all the people are vaccinated things are better in all the businesses. Good place for B-B-Q.

Very good bbq! Picnic tables were great to sit at since dining room is closed. Ordering curbside only currently. Very nice and friendly service. Pulled pork was great! Brisket was good. Garlic toast was also very good. Potato salad, Mac and cheese, green beans, baked beans- all pretty good! Lots of parking. Not too far from expressway.

Came for birthday celebration with three female friends. Magical atmosphere, great staff, quick service, THE BEST RIBS we’ve ever had. Meat to bone ratio is . Sweet tea also off the chain. Cook came around to our table and told us we were his kind of ladies for eating in here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I visited Chattanooga this past week and this was the first place I stopped at once I arrived in town. It was so good. They were unfortunately out of beef brisket when I went but the pulled pork hit the spot.
Their barbecue sauce was really good and so was everything else I ordered. Mac & Cheese was just right and the beans were icing on the cake. One of the best meals I had all week was from this place.
Also, they had a peanut butter pie that looked delicious that I did not get. I am punching the air currently because of how good it looks in photos. Maybe next time.

Had lunch yesterday for the first time at Hillbilly Willie’s BBQ and absolutely loved it!! The staff was really friendly and the space has a great laid back atmosphere. I got the BBQ pork sandwich, mac & cheese, and BBQ beans! All were amazing!! Also tried the Hillbilly pie and it was unique and sweet but not too sweet and the perfect after dinner treat. I will absolutely go back!

Stopped for lunch and grabbed a pizza. Wow! It did not disappoint! My daughter ranked it in her top 3 pizzas. I hope they are able to reopen after having to close this weekend. Super friendly owners who care about everyone who walks in the door.

We’ve lived in the area for two years now, and finally decided to try this restaurant that we pass almost every day. With a name like Hillbilly Willy’s and in a decidedly older strip mall, it just seemed like it would be a little sketchy. But it’s actually quite nice inside, and the food was excellent. I can’t say anything about the burgers or pizza, but the pulled pork and sides were delicious, and the ribs were very good. Portion sizes were huge, and the staff was super nice. We’ll go back!

We ordered the ribs and brisket combo with bean and cold slaw. The baby back ribs were nicely cooked and tender, fall-off-the-bones. The brisket had nice smoke rings, moist and not over powering with spices. We asked for extra BBQ sauce and the lady brought it right over. The baked beans had a tint of bourbon or whiskey favor and they were some of the best beans I had around the South or for the matter around the world. My wife and I travel a lot and we didn’t expect this good of BBQ exist in a part of the country. We tasted a lot of BBQ during our 15 days Southwest trip and this has to be the number one. The price was reasonable and portion size was more than the 2 of us to finish. I had the leftover for lunch in the next couple days. Will definitely revisit this place the next time we are in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
