First of all they kept messing up my order, secondly they have attitude for no reason, third why would you look at me and not at my receipt and ask me what I ordered and try to argue? I will never come here again. Chicken not even done. AND WHERE THE HECK IS MY PARMESAN GARLIC SEASONING FOR MY CHICKEN? And I don’t have my third mash potatoes neither do I have my Mac and cheese. Bad thing about this is I picked it up in drive through. Whole time you all never had my right order, but telling me in the app it’s ready. You all should be fired with no pay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location at Popeyes on 18100 Torrance Ave. Lansing, IL on February 13th around 5:10 PM
I ordered a 10-piece family meal with red beans and rice, along with wings for my daughter who was leaving for a dance competition in Springfield. I was told the order would be ready in six minutes, but I waited approximately fifteen minutes and was instructed to park in a handicapped space.

After waiting longer than expected, I went inside to check on my order. The manager handed me the bag, and because my daughter was rushing to catch her bus, I quickly checked to make sure her wings were included. Unfortunately, I did not realize until I got home that the red beans and biscuits were missing.

When I returned to have the issue corrected, the manager argued with me and implied that I was being dishonest because she saw me briefly check the bag. I explained that I only confirmed my daughter’s item due to time constraints, but she continued to be dismissive and unprofessional. The situation ultimately escalated to her slamming the drive-thru door in my face.

Mistakes can happen in food service. However, how those mistakes are handled reflects the level of professionalism at a location. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable and very disappointing, especially from someone in a leadership role.

I hope management addresses this matter appropriately.

Good enough, there’s a lot of pretty girls up in there. If you order on a game day whether football/basketball you might need to wait a second or order pickup earlier. I like fast food prices seem to be going back down with more affordable options under $20 coming back.

This location use to be really good. I ordered the family meal after I got off because I exhausted. Food was not fully cooked, so I threw it out and went to bed. Too tired to go back. Two days later I try again and made them aware of what happened the last time so it wouldn’t happen again. Get home and this time was worse then the other day. So now I call and it says the number has been changed. So I couldn’t reach anyone. So I go to the website and was not taken serious by the agent through email. She had the nerve after i sent her the receipt to tell me looked like old pics. So now im very upset exhausted. So I had my son take tge food back and get a refund while waiting on the agent to connect me to someone and no one ever got back to me. So I will be reaching out to whomever I need to, to get this addressed. IT’S NOT SAFE! Chicken was bloody and she had to nerve to try to downplay what was happening. I screenshot emails, I have pics of food, and I have my purchase receipt and refund receipt. This is not over and I mean that! I was just trying to let popeyes know and they didn’t care. Stay tuned.

The staff is fast. There’s never a long wait at this location. The staff is pleasant. They are quick even for mobile orders.

The food was delicious. I love the honey barbecue bone in wings. I’m hooked. I’m hooked. Never tried them until a TMobile special discount and I can’t get enough now.

Don’t forget the tenders.

A little spicy and a lot of barbecue sauce. Makes you want to luck the container. Meaty and delicious. I typically always use the Popeyes app to save money. I highly recommend downloading it and using it.

Leftovers taste good microwaved so if the coupon gives you a little too much save it for a late night snack.

Usually I don’t have the best experience at Popeyes, but this location is run very well. Clean and efficient, with very friendly employees. Raven at the front is fantastic and provides exceptional service. I’ll come back to this location over any others.

Rude lady at the drive thru window. This was the worst experience in my life.I was there at 11 o clock at night. She refused to serve me after getting my order wrong through the mic and closed her window after i spent money on an uber just to get there. So disrespectful, distasteful, and unprofessional. I will never go there again. I’ve been treated way better at other locations. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Nasty food old and dry. When they screw up your order you can’t even call up there the phone is disconnected. They have a huge poster promoting the new cheese bites but when you order online and go pick them up they don’t have any. The entire staff look like they sleep in the sewer, wake up and put their clothes on with no prior hygiene routine.
