I came to this Starbucks with my girlfriend and her sister to get drinks with actual pumpkin cups and to be honest the crew and the customer connection was really terrible, like the person who attended us first decided to give us attitude by rolling her eyes at us and telling her about our personal pumpkin cups. The second person who attended us was straight forward and understanding but making it more difficult. And with barista who made our drinks didn’t seem satisfied in making our drinks he was really giving bad vibes. Embarrassing us. Even a customer told us that the crew was being rude and she seem excited about our cups. They didn’t put effort into it. This was a trend on TikTok

I come here almost everyday! The staff is great! Food is SB food, the facilities are also standard SB, nothing to right home about.
The staff is what separates this place from other SBs. A Dunkin Donuts was built across from SB, same entrance and never been and have no plans to go. Management! Don’t screw this place up, keep the employees you have!

I order from this store because it is a 24 hour loction on my way to work. I order from my house,which is 10-15 minutes away. Not once has my coffee been ready when I get there nor even when the app says it will be finished. More time then not they haven’t even started on it before I come in. The biggest problem to it is they don’t even seem to care about it, knowing they are the only store open, the attitude is what am I going to do about it. To me that is crappy customer service. On the flip side 59th and Union Hills always have a positive attitude just wish they were on my way to work.

We had a great visit today — the staff were friendly, upbeat, and made our drinks exactly the way we ordered them. The store was clean, comfortable, and had that relaxing Starbucks atmosphere that makes it easy to sit and unwind. Our coffees were perfectly made, and everything came out quickly even though it was busy. Always nice to find a Starbucks that gets it right every time. Well done to the team!

I really appreciate how they do the birthday treat. All other places do the birthday treat but you have to buy something in order to get it so I really like how Starbucks let you get something for free on your special day. The only other place I know that does a special treat on your birthday without a purchase is Wienerschnitzel with a free corn dog.

The customer service here for this AM team was terrible and after soaking with the Lead i see why. No accountability! Having to wait 30 min for a drink to just be made incorrectly is insane. Being short staffed is no excuse for poor customer service from the staff that is present. Why can’t ANY of the staff inform the customers why they have to wait 30 min for a drink? The app even ain’t got answers….it’s not rocket science here! I guess now imma have to get used to Dutch Bro menu since This location can’t get it right! With a lead like the one i spoke to this morning it’s clear why the store is short staffed if there is no good managers or leads in place. By the time i got to enjoy my preheated bagel it was cold for as long as i had to wait. sadly! Poor Poor experience here.

I don’t understand how you can close the location and remodel it for a minute and cut out pretty much all of the customer space where we used to hang out and lounge and have our drinks inside just so that you can create more space for the workers and somehow you still have to wait 25 minutes to get a drink Just a word of advice and obviously this is common sense but at this location specifically if you’re running late or perhaps you have a 20 minute drive ahead of you and you’re already 20 minutes away from your deadline do not go into this drive-through. There’s been times Where I sat upwards of 25 minutes waiting for a drink just for a it to be melted or watered down by the time I get it

I usually have an excellent experience when at this location. For some unknown reason that was a little different this morning. Upon paying for (cash) my drinks this morning the cashier instead of handing me my change back – she decided to toss my change back at me as if she had a problem with me. It was very noticeable and unprofessional to say the least. I will return to this location because of its convenience to me as far as location to work, and I usually have a excellent experience here with the customer service & the food/drinks. Maybe she was just having a bad day or something. It happens.

I am very disappointed. I got my coffee this morning like I usually do along with my coworkers orders. I’m the only one that orders a hot coffee. But lately my cup has been filled to half way. Seriously!!! I paid $6.60 for a 20.5 oz drink that only gets filled up to maybe 9oz and that’s including the foam?? This is ridiculous!!!! We will start ordering at Dutch instead from now on. They do fill it up to the top. And what’s worse, is that I had already complained about this with the manager, and all she said was “that’s how we filled them up” she didn’t even care, even though I had showed her my cup. I was hoping it was just that time that they had filled it half ways. But today when my coworker picked up the order and came back to the office, I was very very upset and disappointed. I just couldn’t believe that, that is how they fill their venti cups. Smh!!!
