Waited 20 mins at the drive thru for a market fresh sandwich that had no tomato or lettuce and bacon that taste like it was washed in bleach, then another 10 mins inside to get the horsey sauce that was forgotten, had to get the attention of the employee who was too busy talking to another employee instead of dealing with customers. This location has been having lots of issues lately and it’s all service related. Used to be a regular lunch stop for me but I won’t be coming back unless it improves.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Arby’s location. After waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes, we were told that the delay was due to a large number of DoorDash orders. Meanwhile, we observed an employee making sandwiches while the front counter and drive-thru remained almost empty, with only one car present. This demonstrates poor prioritization and a lack of balance in handling in-person, drive-thru, and delivery orders. The service felt unprofessional, and based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.
Tip: if you cant handle running normal business with walk ins and drive thru then I suggest you guys shouldn’t be doing door dash orders.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, this Arby’s location continues to disappoint. This month, we ordered two turkey bacon ranch sandwich meals through DoorDash. When we received the order, both sandwiches were missing and only the fries showed up.
We gave the store the benefit of the doubt as it could have been an issue with the delivery service. When we ordered the same two turkey bacon ranch meals yesterday, both sandwiches did show up. Unfortunately, both sandwiches were missing the turkey and one was even missing the bacon, so it was just lettuce and tomato on two slices of bread.
It is disappointing to receive such significantly worse than what you are expecting when paying for the item.

Went in an hour before they closed. I get they were closing, but when you’re in school you just rest when you can. Ordered a large meal. Got home with this small strawberry lemonade and a medium fries that had half of them gone. Not to mention the fries tasted nasty and not fresh. Hard as could be. Asked for Arby’s sauce and marinara sauce and got none! Very disappointed. Customers satisfaction is definitely not at this place and only for the money

This is what happens when no one wants to go to work or they want to go home early on a Friday night. They close the company business down that shouldn’t have been shut down at 9:45 in in the evening went to the drive-through and the ladies answered the drive-through thing very very rude. I told him I had a DoorDash order and they said I don’t care we’re closed.

When you order a sandwich that costs what they do in today’s world I would expect it to be made correctly. Since when does a beef and cheddar come with a smear of cheddar? Barely enough to call cheese on a sandwich?
Many will say, I should have checked my order before leaving.. I did the drive through, I don’t eat in my car and opened my order when I got home. And to those if you who say I should check my order, I say where is the quality control? And the pride in doing your job correctly?
I don’t care if you are a sandwich maker, Dutch digger and heart surgeon… do your job correctly, have pride in your job or don’t do it and close the doors.
