Placed order at kiosk tonight 02.24.26, and it took about 25 minutes for me to get my food and that was because I had to go up to the counter and demand that someone take care of my order. No apology issued. The worst run fast food place I’ve ever seen. Employees on their cell phones in the kitchen, and managers seemingly clueless. I’ll never stop at this pitiful excuse again in my life.

On a Friday on my way back to my Spartanburg home from Rutherfordton I stopped to use my free medium fries and got a large Coke. Not only were both very good but my service was excellent (special shout out to Lexi).
Also, this McDonald’s might have some of the best, most honest and kind customers I have ever met – this place is a beacon of integrity (and no fast food puns intended!). I witnessed a young man, probably a Chesnee High student, notice that a Shamrock Shake had been sitting out and tried to make sure it went to its rightful owner. When noone claimed it, we were both offered the shake. I told him to take it, and then one of the staff members brought me one, too. I hope anyone visiting this place gets to witness these angels everytime!

Tired to stop in and actually sit down to eat. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. The floor was dirty. The drink bar was a mess and not stocked. I asked for ketchup and was handed packs of ketchup covered in sticky brown goo. I will say that made my food correctly and it was fresh.

Until yall take out the girl with brown hair and pink in the front I will never be back. She is the most absolute rides person there. Ive called and nothing is ever done. The next time she wants to be all hard and yell at me will not turn pretty. Ive been nice but I won’t anymore. She had had nothing but an attitude with me from the beginning of meeting her and this was the last time. If you hate your job that much then find another one and give someone else who can do your job a lot better that job.

8/26/2025. Service – Drive thru took 20 min, I have a 30 min lunch…. Food – I ordered off the app, a quarter pounder with cheese. I receive a burger with 2 pieces of cheese…. Atmosphere – I was in my vehicle, which was the highlight of the experience.

Take the brown haired chick with glasses out of the drive-thru. Incoherent and downright unintelligible. Slurs her words like shes intoxicated on the job and consistently charges me for the wrong items every-time I get food— I NEVER get what I ordered.

Ordered drive through on Friday which is busy which is to be expected but with a long wait I expect my food to be right. Ordered 3 mcdoubles(2 with extra onions but was charged for all 3) and a McChicken that we didn’t even recieve and 2 medium fries which was thrown in the bag upside down. The.mcdoubles that we paid to have extra onions on didn’t come with hardly any even though we paid for extra onions and once again didn’t receive the McChicken at all. The employees working the driver through were pleasent despite the issues we had with the food
