Just have to come in today February 21st and it’s the cook’s birthday. The employees were singing happy birthday in the back and the customer’s clapped. A very warm and welcoming place. The employees are all kind and courteous. I got to stop and here more often.

It was our 1st time and we would come back. Food was good. I would love to try the breakfast. Prices were reasonable. Clean dining room, customer service was great. Ordering was easy and they brought the food to our table. Overall great experience. And the person who served us brought a small cup of pastrami for us to try. This place is garbage now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Just left the drive thru without getting my food after watching the guy through the window changing out trash bags and moving floor mats then immediately reaching to bag our food without washing his hands. There was another girl there as well and they were just chatting away so definitely not understaffed just careless and disgusting. Used to come here all the time but I will definitely be telling people I know about my experience today. So disappointing I didn’t even ask for my money back. Management should check their staff real quick before they get their customers sick. Will definitely be making a report with health department.

My first bad experience at mega. Toms.
I always order the breakfast burrito every time I come here, but today, the first burrito was tiny. I went in a second time to have them remake it was bigger than first, but no hash Browns and barely any meat.
Just not up to the standard usually of mega toms. Also, apparently afternoon breakfast burritos are different from morning breakfast burritos. I’m super disappointed! I don’t know if I’ll be back. I might give it one more shot

Came in tonight after a softball with 8 people. Wasn’t sure what to expect. The food was super good and the dining room was clean. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back when we come up that way, which is often.

More talking amongst the employees than service here. Waiting the standard time tonight in the drive thru and of course we watch our bag fill with what we thought was two sandwiches but we gave the benefit of the doubt and thought, maybe it was just one. Wait, wait, wait, way too long and as the next order comes up, the gentleman bags it, looks at our bag and realizes he has two orders. As we have been watching, he literally put napkins in the bag so yeah, our order was complete and sat there for quite a while and when I mention that the bag has been sitting there for some time, he drops a convenient lie “chicken takes a little longer”. ok bro, I was watching you the whole time but way to fail your customer with a quick thinking lie. The customer is not taken care of well here and the employees don’t care.

One of the best value items in the menu is the Chili cheese fries. For under $8 you get a container that will feed anywhere from 2 to 4 people. Pictured item is already half gone . 4 stars because I believe there’s always room for improvement
