I ordered a mini mucho meal. I was told it was a smaller combo . I received my meal n I laughed because of the size of the taco. But she did mention to me it was a smaller size. But the reason for this post is the amount of meat in my snack size meal. I pretty much paid for a hard she’ll taco and a bit of lettuce. LOL wow. Management needs to step it up and retrain staff how to prepare an order

i live across the street and i go there at least once a week, its been getting worse and worse for the past year, but in the last couple months its just really bad food quality,
today is the very last time i go to this place ,

i ordered the epic burrito with Steak and i swear the meant all burnt up
the chicken strips feels plastic , its nothing like it used to be, this is just trash
the checken burrito taste like … i cant even say , you guys are just disgusting at this point.

Had to leave a review bc this del taco really delivered with the food quality and presentation. Usually the nachos at del taco are not built well or missing ingredients sometimes but these were fire. Every chip had queso beans meat and jalapeños on it.

The food is hit and miss here. Sometimes it’s super fresh and other times it’s like it has been sitting out all day. I ordered one chicken burrito and the guy asked me if I wanted hot sauce and I said “mild please”. He then gave me 14 packets for just one burrito. This employee must be costing them money by the waste of product.

I fund this Del Taco in Chino. I ordered by the app of 3 Del tacos and a bean cheese burrito. My order was ready at the drive thru in 5 minutes. I was happy about the fast service. The customer service was okay, but I waa asked for $3.66 when I’ve already paid by using the app. The food was okay. The tomatoes tasted a little spoil. Other than that, I give 3 stars.

This place has horrible costumer service. This is like my third time coming to this location and all of the times they have messes my order up and were rude about it. They give attitude and have a horrible tone. Like if you hate your job there is no reason to be rude. And they never say you’re welcome or greet you. Honestly horrible.

I ordered the Taco Value Pack for my grandson for his school lunch, who is very picky, he like Just meat in his tacos, I just happened to look in the box to make sure there wasn’t anything on his meat or he would not touch it. I was so upset to see amount of meat they applied. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would had gone back and complained.
