I ordered Apple Pecan Chicken salad, there were Two small pieces of Apple, Zero blue cheese crumbles, and 4 small pieces of chicken, most of the salad was stem like pieces, it was an $8.00+ salad. I am so disappointed that someone even selected the salad that clearly wasn’t a decent salad and sent it out their door.
This location is gradually and consistently becoming less quality and things like this are getting more frequent at this location. Previous order from the drive thru, our order was missing a large fry. I won’t be a customer at this location for quite some time.

My family and I stopped by Wendy’s for lunch today, we haven’t visited this Wendy’s since before covid and I remember them being shut down for a while due to a remodel so it was nice to come back and see a newly remodeled restaurant! There was only one other family in there when we arrived it wasn’t very busy at all but it was also right around 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I ordered the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich and it was pretty darn good! It’s served on a Garlic Knot bun with marinara sauce, chicken, and a cheese patty. I also ordered a small chili because it’s been so long since I had theirs, tastes great with crackers and sour cream! The restaurant was nice and clean and the customer service was pretty great too, the lady taking our order was very down to earth and genuine and I appreciated the fact that she was our cashier and that she also organized our food trays. We will be returning again to make more memories!

Poor, we waited at the register for a good 20 minutes. Yes everyone was busy but no one even gave us the time of day. There were no friendly workers no smiles. The elderly gentleman in front of us did the same thing. He said that’s the way “this” Wendy’s always is.

First time in years having breakfast here and the first time at this location. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was hot and tasty. I forgot how good Wendy’s does breakfast!!! We actually ordered more breakfast to go!!! The young woman at the grill, making sandwiches was amazing!!! Very consistent and fast!!! We’ll be back!!!

We haven’t been to Wendy’s in years and decided to retry it tonight through the drive-through. I ordered the son of baconator. I could tell by the color of the patties, that they were not fresh! The odd thing is that my girlfriend’s chicken sandwich with no tomato was bigger than my sandwich… my sandwich was 2 patties cheese and bacon . I should have taken a picture but I remember when they had 1/4 patties these were 1/8 patties . They had no thickness to them like literally 3 pieces of notebook paper thick! I’d say the remodel and the customer service was good! But now let’s get those thicker burgers back and Il come back!

It’s “okay” although I haven’t received a correct order in the past few months. Also, “hot food” must be an bonus feature. Cold chicken nuggets are NOT a delicacy. It would be nice if a large chilli was actually filled instead of stopping 1.5 inches below the top.

Female Sam took our order and was very rude when saying there was not any chocolate frosty. Ok fine we will take three large speciality Frosties. She messed up on mine and when I called to let her know that mine was wrong she said she was “the only one working and she was doing the best she could”. So I let her know that the young man who took our money, made our Frosties, AND handed them to us told us to have a great evening. She even hung up on me when I let her know that I at least appreciated his kindness as I have not had a good day. So her “blaming” that she was “the only one there” was incorrect and very rudely made a point to point that out. She told me to come back and she would make it again. She didn’t make it in the first place, she took the order over the speaker and the young man made what she entered into the computer. Very disrespectful and didn’t offer to come back another time. I wouldn’t have had her remake something of mine again. She would have spit in it. Very very rude. Brownie batter frosty and Oreo cookie frosty are two totally different keys on her computer. But since she was the only one working I guess everyone just needs to go back to get their order correct. Lady, please get a job that you do not have to come in contact with humans. $18.79 thanks Sam! Have a wonderful evening
