It’s been a minute, in relative terms of a Galapagos turtle, since we went to Sonic. A little slow and they forgot the shakes. Otherwise, the food was good. Not at like the picture though. The best part of the meal was the shakes!

When I am actually able to order it’s ok. Usually have issues with the app, but this morning went to get breakfast and employees were there, but no one answered at the stall or drive thru. No way of knowing if they were having issues because no signs were up

The service here is really great , everyone is very friendly, helpful, always smiling . Not sure what happened with the lettuce on my Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger, but it looked very unappealing and i didn’t eat it , im posting photos of the burger that costs $5.49 which i personally think is very over priced. Next time I would like lettuce on my burger not a wedge salad .

I hate to complain, especially about a fast food place, but this location is just abysmal. If you had a good experience here, consider it an outlier, because I live in this town, and I’ve tried four times to enjoy this restaurant. Every time has been disheartening, disappointing, and miserable. I waited 26 minutes for this last order before abandoning my attempt. I made a mobile order, so I drove to the drive in window to cancel. There I waited for 15 minutes with literally no answer. The app says the location must be contacted for support, so I went to the servicing door I opened it and said I would love to cancel my 20 minute old order that I couldn’t address at any drive in spot or the drive through. They sagely told me they were behind, but I was already aware of this from the twelve cars in line, so I said I’d still like to cancel. They told me to cancel in the app, so now I had the opportunity to reciprocate knowledge by telling them that’s a lie and I have to cancel with them. Then that said they had to catch up on orders before they could help, and I needed to leave. Just the absolute worst, embarrassing for them.

Even though they messed up my burger I still give 5 stars. They were amazing about replacing it and gave me icecream for my trouble. Absolutely delicious food and incredible service. I will definitely be going back.
Edit** Second burger that I’ve received in less than a month were the bottom is literally caked in flour.

“PLEASE READ” I arrived at 9:22pm at the pull up with the button to place a order after sitting over 15 minutes with no answer. I then went to the drive thru to try and get service then no one answered me at the intercom. I then drove up to the window to where you pay and get food. I see people working inside. A female worker looks at me then came out of the back door at the drive thru and started smoking. My window was down and I was speaking to my son that was in the car with me and said wow I’m unable to get service but they have time to smoke. She was extremely rude and started telling the employees inside that I needed help and told me all her duties were done she worked in the kitchen and it wasn’t her problem. I then ask the guy that came to the window to get a manager. He stated that she was on the phone doing training. A female finally came to the window and asked what I wanted. I asked for 2 slushies and she stated the machine was broke. I understand that happens. I got my son a medium cherry limeade and after all that was still charged for it. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any Sonic location.

This sonic honestly has gone down hill. I used to love this place more as a kid and now it’s just disappointing and dissatisfying.
Food is usually cold, or not even cooked right. Drinks are ok only half priced and even that not sure if it’s worth the drive into the stall or drive-thru since the wait time is so long.

However enjoy my last order I will get from here, doesn’t the cheese just look so yummy?

Good food, fast friendly service. Ordered a bacon breakfast toaster, came out hot and made with care. Brought to me by a beautiful friendly CarHop. We even talked fishing for a while.
