We usually go here with my FIL. He likes it more and it’s closer to his house.
My FIL gets steak tacos or burtotosMy husband usually gets their chicken tacos.
Staff are super friendly and helpful too.
This visit, we ordered 2 grilled chicken tacos, one grilled chicken quesadilla, side of beans and esquite, chicken burrito verde, two chicken flautas, side of beans, large guacamole, taquitos Mexicanos and one chicken tostada. $75.46
The house salsa is good, it’s better mixed with the house mild salsa.
The guacamole doesn’t look fresh at all. Looks like it was out of a tube or container. It looks like they added some tomatoes to it to doctor it up some, it doesn’t taste fresh either. It’s not so good.
The taquitos and the flautas look exactly the same, both are good. Packed with shredded chicken.
The chicken tacos aren’t bad, chicken is a bit dry.
The chicken tostada wasn’t bad. Corn tortilla gets soft quickly, ate that after my flautas and taquitos.
The chicken quesadillas are too bad.
Spend $40 and the chips were stale and bland.l and ve try small portion.
The main portions were good. The cheese was bland. The rice was good. Fast service.
This was our first time to this restaurant. My husband ordered the #1 Combo with rice and beans. It also came with 2 enchiladas and a taco.
I ordered the burrito with beans. I had shredded beef in mine, the seasoning of the meat was so good and it was tender. The burrito was coveted with cheese sauce, the refried beans were creamy and smokey flavored, very good. The food came in a timely manner and was served on hot dishes. Complimentary chips and salsa. We liked the salsa so much we bought some “to go”. My husband practically licked his plate. He didn’t have room for his taco so that was brought home. Decor was colorful and nice, something to see everywhere. Our waitress was very nice and checked back on us. Dishes cleared quickly. We were just driving through and looked them up on Google. I’m glad we stopped. If we are in the area again we’ll stop in I’m sure! ❤️
10/16/24 drive 28 miles out of our way to stop back in for dinner. This restaurant doesn’t disappoint! … I highly recommend the shredded beef burritos. That meat is so flavorful and tender! We got a side of tortillas too, yummy!!! Wish they were closer to my home!!!
First time here, and I try almost every place in the Livingston County area .
portion was just right, . The food was hot. freash service was quick .tacos Price are way cheaper than the fancy place, which are 5 or 4 dollars tacos…the portion size for their tacos is the same compared to the other mexican restaurants around here..but the other dishes the portion size it a little small.
Give this place a try. You’ll be surprised
