Food was fine. Standard Wendy’s. My biggest gripe, however. The young man at the register misheard my order (not his fault. the back of house was loud, as well as what appeared to be a district meeting going on in the lobby. Not his fault and he was doing his best). He called the manager to put his code in so he could correct my order. It was the $7 bacon double stack or whatever. Rather than the manager correcting the order he said “just do this” to which he put an “add bacon” note on my ticket. Which brought price over the advertised $7. Not really worried about the money. The principle is what got me. Thats bad training and lazy leadership.

They are intentionally skimming money if the change amount is less than 10 cents. Let’s say my purchase is 7.93. I hand them a 20. They give back 12 dollars and no change. Which for each transaction isn’t much but for them can add up to 5-7k per year. Numerous times this has happened with different employees at the register suggesting its a concerted action. Pretty lame I have to say.

Not only do they make you wait 30 minutes or more in the drive thru (no over exaggeration) but they will give you cold and extremely stale fries and charge you for sauces.
This location no longer gives you sauces and make you pay for them. Also, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any business. I wish they would just burn this location down. They put Wendy’s to shame.

I was having a bad day and the cashier was really nice and helped me during a stressful time. She said her name was shannel so shout out shannel. I also noticed she was the only one working while other staff was not helping, maybe they were all on break all together standing in sight. But she’s amazing all star employee. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Good food for the most part, but the employees are always rude and unprofessional teenagers who can’t put sauce in a bag or say you’re welcome. This is coming from a teenager who also works in fast food, it’s not hard to be kind.

Leroy @ martin way location next to Winco is the guy , our order was made great with outstanding freshness and made with great detail cause our family has different combos how we like our burgers made and it was just a great experience
