It’s one thing to order a $15 salad, pick up to go, ask at the window if they included extra dressing, drive home 30m away only to find they actually provided less than a tablespoon of dressing one time. It’s an entirely different thing when it happens THREE times in a couple weeks.
My final visit i actually went in for pick up, was told they already included extra dressing, asked for more extra dressing (because id heard that one before), and was given FOUR containers of extra aoili and, shocking, less than a tablespoon of actual salad dressing. The employee was very nice but this is completely unacceptable.
I had hoped this location had gotten its act together after taking a few years hiatus because of similar issues but apparently not. This is far too expensive to keep happening.

I stopped in to order a four-pack of cookies and asked if I could split the pack between chocolate chip and M&M. I’ve been able to do this for at least a year, so I didn’t think it would be an issue. The cashier told me it wasn’t allowed, and when the manager got on the headset, she immediately responded with, “What is your problem?” which felt unnecessarily rude.
I calmly explained that I simply wanted to split the cookie flavors, as I’ve done many times before. Instead of politely explaining a policy change, she questioned me about which employee had allowed it in the past. It felt more like an interrogation than a customer service interaction.
In the end, I just ordered one flavor and left. The attitude and tone were completely unnecessary. Customer service should never make a simple order feel like a confrontation.

I really enjoy Panera Bread, but I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. The wait at the cashier was quite long—sometimes up to 10 minutes. I understand that tasks like slicing bread take time, but it often delays service for everyone. It might help to have additional staff during busy hours to improve the overall experience. Thank you for considering this!

This was the first time i have ever step foot in a Panera Bread restaurant. Food was good. I ordered broccoli and cheese soup and bread. Also I ordered the caramel latte. The soup was full of broccoli and thick texture. So delicious. The caramel latte was a great flavor. I used the drive through. So smooth.

Staff is always great. Food is pretty good and cooked fresh (as fresh as you can get with fast food). My only complaint is the dining area can sometimes be messy/dirty and the bathrooms are just awful. I do not dine in for this reason and rather eat in the car or drive home.

Went here early on a Saturday while in Manhattan visiting my daughter. Very friendly staff including a trainee who was obviously nervous in her new job but was making every effort to give good service. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Not easy to see or find but definitely worth a stop for breakfast on the weekend.

Shrinkflation at its finest. Food is very good, but wildly overpriced for very small quantities. Their sandwiches are nearly half the size they were last year but remain the same price.

Extremely understaffed, very poor dine-in experience. There was no one at the register, so we ordered at the kiosk. Waited 40 minutes for two sandwiches and our drinks. Their policy is no drink cups until your order is up, so we sat at an empty table without even water for 40 minutes. Food tasted great by the time we got it. (“Hunger is the best sauce.”) Staff was friendly but stressed: there are just too few of them. Avoid dine-in unless you have an hour to kill and are well hydrated before hand.

Very filling, I got alot of food for only $23, and I had some to take home.
The staff were very nice, and the atmosphere felt cozy.

I used to come here weekly with my son, but it’s becoming more and more of a rip-off. I have absolutely no issues with the staff, as they are always friendly. The food quality and amount has gone down significantly, though. Tonight, I ordered a kids grilled cheese for my son, which looked like they just threw it in the microwave – bread was room temp and cheese wasn’t even completely melted. My bread bowl of soup probably didn’t even have 1/2 cup of soup in it…. one bite in and I’m already seeing bread from the bottom. Everything I’ve described is pictured. This is not a $18 meal…. maybe more like 8. We will not be returning for dinner anymore at this location.
