The Bass Lake Draft House is a beer friendly restaurant featuring 29 beers on tap. The atmosphere is relaxed and the conversation good. The game is always on because we have large flat screen TV’s everywhere. Our extensive menu features award winning hand-pattied burgers, excellent sandwiches, dinners, and appetizers including our signature Pickle Chips. And unlike many of the national chains, we have used non-trans fat oil with Natural Vitamin E and Omega 3’s in our kitchen since right after we first opened.
Family-friendly pub offering 30-some draft beers along with comfort-food eats & TV sports.

Instead of a manager, a guy pretending to be one came out (the one in the video), full of attitude, and actually said: “There are so many messed up things going on in the world and you’re complaining about not getting your food?” It was aggressive and completely unprofessional.
When the real manager finally showed up, she didn’t help either. She accused us of making two of her servers cry, despite the fact that only one person came out with the food. All we said was that we no longer wanted the food after waiting 70 minutes. Clearly a made-up excuse to deflect blame.
Then they said, “We won’t charge you for the food” (which they took away), and I quote: “But you guys are still paying for your drinks.” No apology, no ownership, and they dropped one check for the whole table without even asking.
This wasn’t bad service, it was chaos, dishonesty, and attitude from start to finish. Stay far away.
The waitress was nice enough. She customized our order to give us just what we wanted without making it painful. She checked on our frequently and made sure our drunks were topped off and the food was to our satisfaction.
The brunch menu isn’t overly elaborate. It doesn’t have to be. I created my own omelet with plenty of choices for ingredients. It was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were spot on and the toast was yummy.
Buyers beware – if you are a coffee snob (why, yes that’s me) bring it with you, go for some juice or tea, or get it later. It’s not worth the emotional trauma. Please switch the coffee to something that can’t plug a tire.
Don’t go here. They will steal your money. Server added money to her tip without my consent.
When calling the restaurant to complain. Manager never available and person who answered the phone hangs up on me.
I was in the restaurant last Friday April 18 at 2pm. We seated at a high top table by the bar. Server was working behind the bar.
A woman answered the phone yesterday and said manager was busy and hang up on me.
Thank you for your answer and resolution.
The bacon meatloaf and sides were excellent. Server was friendly.
Bathroom was neat and clean.
Even though it’s labeled as a draft house this establishment is very family friendly.
