I will admit the chicken has gotten a little better . Not so slimy like it used to be , but there were some serious hard tooth chipping crunchy pieces with the fried strips . The sauce isn’t as zesty as I remembered it . I got the three mini chicken finger slider sandwiches , the meal . Fries were ok . Wasn’t worth the eleven bucks or so I paid for it . Seven bucks would have made more sense , especially since it wasn’t a large meal . Oh and the sodas were straight up carbonation , lack of syrup is an understatement. I only go because my nephew loves them but if I had it my way we would eat elsewhere . Actually that was the only time I got something to eat with him because my sugar was low . I ate one of the sandwiches and my nephew ate one and I gave the other one to the cats out by a dumpster near Walmart. Kids working there of course they seemed less than enthusiastic to be there but that’s expected, no complaint there . Atmosphere is bleh , had to walk thru a maze and super close to other ppl eating to get to the counter . I went inside because the line was very long outside and nobody inside but it took longer than the drive thru , and I was the only order in there .

Went to the drive thru and ordered the family pack. We had to wait 15-20 minutes since we ordered almost 9pm already. They made the food fresh. Efficient customer service qt the drive thru. We will keep coming back to this Zaxby’s location.

I am very disappointed in Zaxby’s. The quality and portion size of the food has dropped off noticeably the past couple years. The tenders are half the size they used to be and I got maybe 12 fries for $13. I went to Raising Canes this week and got more than double the amount of food and a bigger size drink for $2 less with the Cainiac Combo. I won’t be returning to Zaxby’s just to get ripped off.

12:05 pm No one in front of me for inside order ( salad and chicken strips ) Took 10 minutes for me to get my food ( after asking at 5 minutes). 4 cars went thru drive thru and 3 DoorDash picked up before I got my order. Walk in customers surely get the shaft these delivery days. Also, could not add my receipt to my Zack’s app.

Chicken fingers and boneless wings are great. Not a big fan of the traditional wings. Sauces are great and the fries are ok. Drive thru is a little slow but not too bad. Customer service is always good.

Tyler was an excellent employee, great customer service and made my family feel great! Very funny and humorous, took time and asked what we wanted with enthusiasm and not monotone! Excellent, absolutely amazing. Was fairly cold in the restaurant, but overall the atmosphere was great.

I’m just a bit aggravated that while picking up my order I had to ask for the ranch I paid additional money for and when I got my food home I realized I didn’t not get the large fry I paid extra for. This is becoming an issue with the orange park store. Me and my family love Zaxby’s but this is becoming disappointing. I literally paid them money for nothing.

Barely any fries, wings not even tossed in sauce, the wings were literally rock hard because they were literally just hard breading and no chicken. Didn’t give right sauce, very small chicken tenders, took forever to get a pick up order which should have been ready when we got there. These employees really need to be trained again. And the owner of the store needs to do something about this!!

I requested the fresh chicken sandwich to be dropped and stated that I would wait. For some reason, restaurants seem to have difficulty fulfilling customer requests, especially when the customer is willing to wait.
