Is it normal to sit on the drive through for 30 minutes and only move up a single car? Pulled in at 8:56, still have not gotten to give my order and it is 9:26. What is happening? One order per 30 minutes? Don’t waste your time.

This review is based on my overall experiences at this location, and they have consistently been great. The customer service is excellent, and the food quality is almost always spot on. I always check my order before leaving, and on the rare occasions something was missing, the staff was quick to fix it without any hassle or making me feel like an inconvenience. Whether I order in-store, online, or through the drive-thru, I’m always treated like a priority.

I recommend avoiding this location in Clinton completely. I placed and order on the app, it took my money and as soon as I walked in the door it said order was canceled. I asked a manager who’s first response was how sick she was of hearing from customers who “don’t know how to use the app” my response was how the app must be glitching and to just auto cancel my order as soon as I arrived. She then refused to take a new order in store and just started laughing at me saying “when you figure the app out we will serve you!! This location is a joke. Never again.

Noone Cares
Like most other reviews, you sit forever here. Two people in drive through, then me at the counter. Two items took more than 10minutes. Doesn’t help they play favorites with their regular customers or people they know, like the woman who ordered after me, significantly more stuff, got chatted up and her stuff before me, and it turns out my stuff was just sitting there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. This is the second time it has happened to me here, driving through to Aiken for work. Not saying it’s all employees that do this either. One older woman was nice at least. It seems to be the younger ones, and the males who want to chat these females up.

If you are in a hurry, Don’t stop here. VERY slow service, food is average for the chain. Some staff friendly, but not all. Even through the drive thru you can feel the tension in the store.

Sat in line forever only to find no menu board where it should be. Sat waiting for person to take our order another decade. No one came. So we pulled to the window and they said they couldn’t take our order at window. I’d have to drive around and get back in line and wait another half century. Over 17 minutes passed by now. After I explained how unsatisfactory this was she suddenly COULD take my order. But by this point I was done. I don’t trust these people to prepare my food.

This is my second time at this location. Both times the staff were extremely rude. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line before my order was taken. The woman told me to pull forward to the “first, no second” window. I did that, then she started yelling at me that I need to pay at the first window. The food quality BOTH times was horrible. BOTH times I spent over $50. Fries were undercooked first time, cold this time. Burgers were a mess and literally loaded with ketchup all over. Its extremely disappointing. Seems like nobody at this location cares about their job or customer base

Same folks running drive thru and main counter inside. Must be a staffing issue. I’m always told to either park or pull to the 3rd window. I’ve had to go inside to ask about my order several times after 15 minutes of waiting.nuggets were soft and luke warm.

I’ll never eat at McDonald’s again my dad got a big Mac..$8 frickin bucks my m double was almost 4 and they both sucked SOOO BAD..We learned we gave ours to the dog! After I snuck her mine I busted my dad was tossing his to her as well! My dad said “THAT DAMN THING WAS HORRIBLE!” Then we both agreed never again McDonald’s….WHEW!
