Can’t say I’d recommend eating here. I was going to, then I used the restroom. Kind of hard for employees to wash their hands before returning to work if the soap dispenser is broken and looks like it has been for a while. Eat your contaminated food at your own risk.

Ordered chicken strip basket, and a large fry. Had to wait on my food, no big deal I assumed that meant it would be fresh. Barely any fries in my chicken strip basket, on the extra large fry they only filled the container half full. At times like this when stuff is already overpriced, I’d at least expect my food to be portioned correctly.

When we arrived, the parking lot and drive through were both full, we went inside and had a $75 order, got our food in less than 5 minutes, the dining area and bathrooms were clean, the staff were beyond kind, fast and efficient! This was the best service we have ever experienced in a fast food setting. The Manager and staff should be recognized for everything they do. Just amazing! ☺️ Great job guys! Thank you

Be careful with using a card here. I came into the dining room to order and eatm In the middle of my transaction the cashier said wait the system rebooted. Ask someone one in the office what did you do. It said sale captured on the pin pad. Green check mark. The cashier said no it didnt go through. I looked at my bank account to see if it posted, It post on my account so I have to dispute it with my bank now. Not cool. It makes me upset because we come here alot. Unfortunately the reputation of michigan city with cards, it makes me scared to ever use a card here again.

Food took every bit of 20 minutes of me standing up front for someone to realize I already ordered then they proceeded to make my food, open opening the bag and finding the most trife looking ranch on this side of 8 mile. This place sucks like $40 companion.

I ordered 5 hotdogs and five drinks. I then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for the hot dogs and was told it was because they were cooked to order. Ridiculous since they were all cold. Don’t bother with the give us another chance either as it will be a cold day in hell before I go there again and I will be sure everyone knows not to bother with your location.
