I saw Dog Man visiting on a Tuesday when kids free so I took my young daughter. We had such a great experience with the mood of the staff, book being read, and doing a puzzle together. We will definitely be back and especially next month with Dr. Seuss themes! I highly recommend and kids even eat free on these special event nights on Tuesdays!

Every time I go to ihop on south 9th street the service is always prompt and the servers are very very friendly. The last thing I ordered was the Big Steak omelette and it was prepared to perfection. The wait time was minimal. Their management is top level in the job they do. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Anytime I’m there I always get great communication and service from Courtney who is a manager but serves as well and she always goes above and beyond to make my experience and great one. She recognizes me through the door and always remembers what I usually order and drink and has my order placed before I’m seated which is very quickly. I really enjoy my breakfast or dinners at ihop south!!!

We had the best experience at IHOP thanks to manager Lindsey and our server Lucas. They truly went above and beyond for our family. Lucas was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Lindsey checked in on us and helped make my daughter’s birthday feel really special. They even sang Happy Birthday to her, which made her day and put the biggest smile on her face. It’s rare to get service that kind and genuine. Stopped for breakfast and had a spinach and mushroom omelet with wheat toast and coffee. The service and food were great. Only a couple of minor things like there being spilled jam on the sugar packets and some residue on the butter knife. I let the server know so they could fix it. Omelet was so big I could only eat half of it.

At around 8 last night me and my family were in having dinner and the “manager” on shift Lindsey verbally abused another waitress in front of everyone in the store – staff and customers. Seriously unprofessional Wont be returning anywhere they let “Higher ups” talk to their employees like that. No wonder they have such a high turnover.
