It was a Friday night, evening meal. Chicken pot pie was not up to expectati ons. The crust was not as fluffy as in the past, short on vegetables, but pie was good. The place was dirty and un kept. Staff children were running around all over the place even on the counter.

4/23 I stopped by to use the T-Mobile app because they sent me a promotion. I was having a difficult time trying to make it work. That’s when Breyana Horton came out to help.
She was very patient very friendly greeted me with a smile, and answered my questions. She did not make me feel like I was putting her out.
The employee before her had just finished helping a customer when I asked her for help. Instead of saying they don’t honor the promotion she said didn’t know. I thought this was very appropriate to say.
The entire staff was working and helping customers as they walked in if they weren’t in the back getting chicken orders ready they were out on the floor, cleaning the tables and mopping the floor
The entire staff seem to be working as a team one helping the other in different areas. I felt peaceful and relaxed that I decided to eat one of my meals in the store.
Meanwhile, the employees took their brakes and were covering each other during those breaks while I just listen and minded my own business.
I have to give Breyana a lot of credit as a general manager of the store because she runs a good crew. The food is fresh. The customers walked out of here, happy they interact with each other just because they feel the friendliness of the employees.
As for my order, I was asked to wait and I did. I was not in a hurry, but for waiting, I got fresh fries and chicken tenders, which was part of my order. I noticed Breyana takes pride and her chicken because she made sure all her employees know to provide a fresh meal for the customers
I hope somebody will recognize the hard work. Breyana does with her staff, and they recognize the employees on duty on this day.
I love KFC and I will make the drive here. I am here for 60 days.

Excellent service and excellent food. This location seemed to be very well ran. The employees were excellent. Service was great. Food was top notch. Would not hesitate to visit this location again.

I ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich at 9:00. It said my order was ready at 10:37 and when I got there at 10:45 it wasn’t done which isn’t really a problem to me cause things happen they could’ve been short staffed but nobody in there had on gloves and it was so unsanitary . I had paid for my food way ahead of time so I didn’t ask for my money back but I did throw my food away in there.

Drive through time was fast the food came out hot and fully cooked but somewhere there was a mix up on breading type. Which was tolerable, just not what I asked for. The biscuit was a little light but that was okay with me too. Normally I get the buffet instead of DT service anyways and it still makes for good lunch/dinner combo for today.

Just came through the drive thru and told them we had a mobile order. A lady with short hair said okay just pull up! When we got to the window, she said it wasn’t ready yet and to wait in our car at the door and she’d bring it out. We waited 15 minutes when I finally went inside and our order was sitting on the front counter. Who knows for how long. Drive thru lady at 3:15pm on 11/02 is solely responsible, she knew she pulled us up therefore it is her responsibility to serve us. I have managed a Taco Bell/KFC combo and sure, mistakes happen. But your cashiers NEED to know where their orders are and where they go to.

I’ve been a customer at the KFC in Jackson TN for 30 years. Today I went for the last time I ordered chicken tender meal at the drive through. I DID NOT get a straw, the KFC sauce I requested, or a napkin with plastic flatware. The slaw was more watery mayo than anything and the tenders were more like nuggets than tenders. The biscuit was a blob of raw dough. Won’t be coming to KFC in Jackson again. Sad day.

Definitely will not be be dining here again. Ordered a pot pie and found a piece of glass in it. Tried to call the restaurant only to be hit with a non working number and when I finally got in touch with a district manager about it I was asked how I’d like for the manner to be handled. I requested to simply be reimbursed for the meal. Instead of just refunding me my money they send me a food voucher. WHY in the HELL would I want to eat more food from somewhere that put glass in my last order? What if I would have swallowed that? What if my son would have eaten that? I’d give a negative 5 stars if it was possible.

Got 2 Chicken Pot Pies. Should be renamed Potato Pot Pies. 2 little pieces of chicken in each pie. Some carrots and peas and filled with mashed potatoes. Not even any gravy. Soggy crust.
