I don’t know who works at the drive thru speaker but she constantly interrupts us, she talks to other people while we are giving our order, she corrects people too. for example if I said I wanted to get a cheeseburger plain with only… she would say “so you don’t want plain then”.
this has been a consistent issue that’s gone on for at least weeks at this point. and despite how many times we can repeat our order she gets it wrong every single time. I can order a plain cheeseburger with medium fries and she’ll still find a way to get the order wrong. I love this location because the other staff are so kind and patient but this one staff member genuinely makes me coming here insufferable. i’ve tried to refrain from making a review because I know it effects the entire store and I have no issues with any of the other staff

I gave this place a rave review, after 5 or 6 visits, because this is the nicest staff at any McDonald’s anywhere near here. These folks actually smile at you. A very pleasant atmosphere altogether. A wonderful rarity.

I’m not even sure what happened with the onions. Ive never seen this at any Mcdonalds and it was honestly inedible. The second burger wasnt even wrapped. How I’m holding it is how it came out the bag. I didnt feel safe to eat the second burger as being unwrapped is ver unsanitary. Will never come back or reccomend this location.

Large fry out of the bag and there’s less fries than a standard medium. Why have the large sized container and then fill it partially. It’s not even like they fell down to the bottom. This is actually comical.

We door dashed an order tonight and for the third straight time our order was incomplete. This time I drove to the location to try and speak with a manager about the issues and I’ve never had such a disappointing and disrespectful experience in my life time. Upon arrival I noticed no customers in the dining room and 1 car in the drive through. There was 1 guest waiting for food, myself and another customer who followed me in trying to order from the kiosk. I stood at the register looking back into the kitchen area as a female employee came around looked at me in the eyes and then proceeded to take her cell phone out, turn her back on me and focus on whatever she was doing. The guest that had already ordered looked at me and made a statement about how long it was taking them to co plate his order. I then watched the same female employee Reuters back into the kitchen without so much as acknowledging me. About 2 minutes later the same female employee came from the back and again looked at me before taking her phone out a second time and turning her back on me. A male employee asked her if she had helped me yet and her response was “not yet” she remained in that same spot on her phone until the male employee completed the order for the waiting customer. He brought the customer their order all while walking around her standing there on her phone. The customer looked at his order and had to ask the male employee for the items he was also missing from his order. After the male employee handed him his items I was then overlooked a third time while he focused on the issue of the customer that had followed me in. After she explained their kiosk was not working he finally came to me. I asked the employee to speak to a manger and he advised me that he was a manger. I let him know that for the 3rd consecutive time that we have doordashed and order we had items missing. His response was “okay?” I then expressed my anger about the female employee sitting on her phone while we were ignored and he had absolutely zero response for me. He then in a sharp voice asked me “so what didn’t you get” I told him our 3 sauces we paid extra for as well as an order of frys. Without so much as peep he goes and gets my items and then as he hands them to me doesn’t say a single word. Not “sorry about the mistake” not “her is your missing items” absolutely nothing and immediately turns his attention to the other customer. It’s absolutely mind blowing at the lack or work ethic or even common respect this generation of youth have! I can’t imagine the frustration that the general manger and ownership of this location must face on a daily basis! I’m not sure of what happened to just basic good work ethic and manners but this location has lost my business for good. Which I’m sure means absolutely nothing to them because who am I and my family in comparison to the hundreds of other customers there daily. But I still wanted to let others know what they can expect from this location.

Whoever made my carmel iced coffee on April 4th @ around 645pm , please teach your method to everyone . This is the best iced coffee I’ve had at this McDonald’s in a while. The iced coffee was not drowning in syrup, not too bitter and no granulated sugar at the bottom.

Terrible… I had them remake my coffee twice and they still did not get it right. They refused to remake it a third time. Their coffee tastes acidic it’s disgusting do not come here.
