I’m pretty much a regular for 1/2 price wings on Tuesday nights. The environment is always welcoming. The wings are consistently good. They also have some of the best burgers around. Bailey and Dee are also both great bartenders. 10/10 recommend to everyone

Stopped in here a while ago, it was quiet and very my e for our group of four weary travelers. As it was our first time at a bww, the server immediately recognized our situation and answered all our questions, and made some great recommendations for our most enjoyable meal. 5 star service! I had an issue with my food on a recent visit, and the manager, Scott, handled it incredibly well. He personally reached out to me. He was so kind. I could sense how he genuinely wanted resolution, not just for me, but for everyone that comes to BWW. He then went ABOVE and BEYOND to make things right. I honestly wasn’t expecting that at all.
Stuff happens, but the way Scott handled the situation really stood out. It felt genuine, not scripted, and it completely changed my impression. Customer service like that is rare these days and definitely makes me want to come back to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Huge shoutout to Scott — thanks for taking care of your customers the right way, you are so appreciated!

I ordered take out for the superbowl overheard the manager ask a party of 8 if they had kids with them to which they said “no” he then responded “great we dont serve kids here, only to the dogs” I have 4 children, so this struck me wrong, hire somebody that’ll represent you better. This was my husbands and I date night choice. We had visited only one other location which was in Pikeville, and we were not impressed at all. Our son constantly tells us we need to try this location as he visits quite often and loves it. So we decided to give it a try and now we are hooked. This location is a new favorite of ours. The manager Scott was so sweet and made sure our dining experience was perfect. Our waitress Lexie was probably one of my favorite from any of our regular go to restaurants. I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t on point. The pretzel bites have to be my absolute favorite! Try them if you go!

I was served raw chicken in my salad — completely undercooked and unsafe. Consuming raw poultry carries serious health risks, including exposure to bacteria like Salmonella and Campylobacter, which can cause severe food poisoning, hospitalization, and long-term complications. This is not a minor mistake — it is a major food safety failure.
When I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Scott, nothing was done beyond removing the salad from the ticket. No apology. No concern. No attempt to correct the situation. I was even told I “shouldn’t expect anything else.” That level of indifference to a serious health hazard is unacceptable.
I will be contacting the Bristol Health Department to report this matter. Food safety is not optional, and this situation should never have occurred.

Everything is great about it. Watched the Olympics, it was fun. Dr pepper is really really sweet here and the chicken wings are massive yummy. Go here if you want to have a good time, thank you for the service and this was so delicious.
