My son and I ate breakfast here on Sunday morning. Dining area was busy with customers, but we were seated promptly. Our waitress, Nicole, took our drink orders within 5 minutes after being seated. Coffee and hot water with lemon slices. We then ordered savory Florentinoe Chicken crepes, a side of Avocado, and a steak omelete, with extra steak and sour dough toast. Our entrees arrived within 20 minutes. We also ordered to go, a french toast combo with scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Everything tasted great and Nicole stopped by several times to make sure we were OK with our food or of we needed anything added. She took care of collecting the money for the entrees ordered. Unfortunately my IHOP pan coin selections didn’t offer any discount on the entrees we ordered. So maybe next time they will. We will visit again when in the area. ❤️

Swayze was the only employee taking care of the entire dining room alone. Amazing service, amazing attitude, very kind and helpful. Very prompt w/drink refills and coffee. BEST SERVICE we have had in the St. George area in a very long time. Definitely deserves a raise. Great food and overall service

We had the best dinner at iHop thanks to our server, Kiya! We were greeted and sat immediately. She was very knowledgeable, giving us recommendations that were exactly what we were looking for! We never felt rushed, but we also never had to wait for service. She was super friendly, making us feel comfortable and telling a few fun stories. Everything came out exactly as we ordered and was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this location, and hope you get Kiya as your server!

Place was super clean. Gracie our hostess was so nice, attentive, and professional. Great smile and made us feel so welcomed!!! Food was great! My husband and I will definitely be coming back here again!!! IHOP is still awesome

I never leave reviews, not even trying to be negative. But if you would like a nice dinner with friends or family, please for your sake go somewhere else. I’ve come to this location 3 times in the past year, the first time it was my choice, second time was my wife’s choice and this third time someone else gave us a good sized gift card but we genuinely regretted it each time. Tonight, our table for 2 waited roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes for our pancakes and a burger. Just for the kitchen to have forgotten the pancakes. Meanwhile there was one other family who was also waiting on their food. Then after my wife finished her meal she had to RUN to the bathroom feeling horrible. On the drive home I realized I too felt like I had been poisoned. The food wasn’t tasty, nothing was hot. Our waitress was trying her best it seemed but she was just not on top of things unfortunately so that made it harder. It also was really over priced, like $14 for a single biscuit on a biscuits and gravy plate. Go to costa Vida, black bear diner, heck go to Maverick for dinner over this particular spot.

This IHOP consistently exceeds my expectations on every visit. Despite coming in during peak hours, we were seated, greeted and fed within the hour. The food was incredibly well prepared and fresh, and hand delivered by the general manager, Tim, who had clearly been in the kitchen helping his staff and ensuring the quality of the food. Our server Sofia was incredibly efficient while also being attentive and rounded out the whole experience with her fantastic service. The staff truly made the chain feel like a local comfort.

Easily the worst omelet and hash browns I have ever had! This was unexpected for a business known for breakfast menus.The only good thing were the fillings in the omelet. Recreating the egg portion of the omelet would require precooking the egg mixture in a very wide thin shape. The egg mixture had eventually been folded several times around the fillings and reheated. I don’t know how else the resulting egg portion of the omelet could be so tough and dry. The hash browns had been thinly cooked in so much grease that the entire portion was crispy with no fluffy inside. My spouse ordered a hamburger and onion rings which were extremely good. If you avoid the omelets and hashbrowns you might have a good meal.

Awesome service and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The big steak omelette was just what it said BIG. Syd was awesome and helped my grandkids out with deciding what to have. Thanks for a great meal
