My kids and I usually love Burger King and will choose it over McDonalds. However this location is terrible. Most of the people I see working are teens which is fine but they tend to be lazy and rude. Its no wander because the few adults I’ve seen are the same way. Fast food is meant to be timed and I guess with COVID it went out the window. There is no hustle from any of the employees, and little to no direction from the manager on shift who is moving as slow as everyone else. And when there is complaints all you get is an attitude or indifference. Having come through drive-thru before I have learned it is wise to check your order before leaving because it has been wrong a couple times.
Today my kids and I came through and there were 3-4 cars ahead of us. We pull up to the speaker and sit there between 5-10 minutes and hear nothing. After 2 cars pulled out of drive thru ahead of us we pulled forward thinking maybe the speaker is broken. It wasnt. When we got up to the window and found out it was working I decided to just come inside because there was like 3 cars behind us and I didnt want to make people wait who did get their order taken so I told the girl we would just come inside. Coming in, the dining room was empty except for people waiting for their orders. We go up to order and the girl I assume was in charge told the cashier to put a hold on taking orders so they can get some things out. So we got to stand there and wait inside to place our orders. Hoping they dont hire employees who are childish and petty enough to further aggravate a situation by trying to make us wait longer. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt there was no hustle happening so who knows. That said them being slow on getting food out isnt the main problem. I am guessing they do not have good training and things happen so it will be slower. The problem is there is zero acknowledgement of customers. I have always learned that if you cant serve a customer right away then you should at least say, “Hello. Welcome to……I will be right with you.” That way the customer at least knows you are aware they are there. I guess that kind of customer service is gone. However working at Burger King is literally a customer service job and the people they are being rude to is literally making it possible for you to be paid.
I gave 2 stars because the cashier at the front seemed sweet and like she was trying to be nice. The order did come out wrong though and fries were old…

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to buy from this particular site all the time and they always did an amazing job. They have seriously taken a nose dive in the last couple of months. The last two times I ordered food it was already cold, the fries were stale and they didn’t even put ice in my drink this last time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I went and ordered a few sandwiches and I watched the cook punch a burger which I was so shocked by the I watched one cook without gloves making food. The woman and the drive thru window was so nice and the cooks were very rude. I am so shocked to see this behavior by two grown men! When I got home and opened my sandwiches the wrappers were covered in ketchup and mustard! I am not giving them a third chance!

Staff is friendly but it is slow. Food is good and cooked to order so that seems to be why it is slower. They did miss some items in my order so I had to wait again for more items to be made which made the wait extra long.

After 30 minutes I left and didn’t even get my food. I put in a mobile order and after waiting for 30 minutes, they still didn’t have it ready, know where it was in the orders, or much of anything at all. There were 2 people making food and 3 standing around flustered and not helping in the least bit. No orders were actually going out to anyone waiting. When I asked someone to cancel, she said I had to do it on the app, which is fine, but when I asked how she told me she didn’t use the app and couldn’t help me. So I left both without food and currently without a refund until hearing back from the app chat. I try to be patient and give all workers the benefit, but it was so disorganized with multiple workers not doing anything to actually help with the busy night.

Had to wait for employee to put in her own order. Then she walks away. Then has to come back to get my order all while she was off the clock. 2 other employees look at me and do or say nothing. Awful service.

Went to take my boys out to dinner, and we showed up to an almost empty building. No customers to keep them busy and the building was trashed, Garbage and messiness all in the lobby. one took our order or even looked at us for 5 min. Then we ordered the new hot burger. We received our food (cold) with no sauce, etc. Just bread and a piece of meat. Took it to their attention, and the kid told me, ” No one told you we were out of the hot sauce?) I said. ” No!!!! You were the one who took my order.”
I asked for a refund, and he went to get the manager who told me they had a sign on the counter yesterday. She looked, and it was not around anywhere but told me they don’t do refunds!!!???!!!??? So I asked if we can get a different burger to replace. “Nope but I can put mayonnaise on this one. (cold meat and bread) I will never go back to this place. Maybe the last burger King as well. Smh.

At 5:30 p.m. on a Friday I walked directly to the front counter of that restaurant. However, the drive-thru was 12 cars deep. Anyway, I was greeted very friendly and ordered a bacon king and a small drink. It was handed to me refresh, hot and delicious. The lobby of the restaurant was clean and all of the supplies were accessible. Post Falls Burger King is a five-star fast food restaurant in my opinion….

I do not recommend this Burger King location at all. The wait was forever, especially in the driveway thru. I would’ve picked any McDonald’s over this location instead.
